my eyes flutter open, revealing a pale grey room, and my arms are sticky with sweat due to the nightmare I had.

I sit up, looking around for a sign of anybody in the unfamiliar room. My eyes settle on a man I can't quite identify yet; my vision is still blurry.

But when I can see, I realize who it is, and I begin to panic.

Kim Taehyung, the guy who wants to kill and eat me.

"Jungkook," he says quietly, not bothering to move from his spot, sitting against the dresser before the bed. His hands are clasped together, and his jaw barely slacks when he talks.

"Before you freak out.. Just- do you have any questions?" He asks, unclasping his hands. I flinch in fear of him trying to hurt me, and I bring the blanket up to my chest, before I let all the questions run through my brain.

"Do you really kill people? Do you really eat them?" I ask, my voice quiet. I cringe, knowing my lips have been on the same thing as a dead human's flesh.

"I.. I do. Yea," he answers blandly, and I gulp.

"Are you going to kill me? Did you want to kill me?" I ask, and I can see his adams-apple bob in his throat as he swallows. He clears his throat.

"I, uhm, I did want to kill you, yes. But uh, it was just because I haven't eaten human flesh in so long so the urge is just.. Stronger. But I won't kill you, only if you agree to something," he says, and he sounds as if hes trying to make this entire thing sound reasonable.

"So what Jimin said was true? About you feeling crushes and love and anger as the same thing? And the more you like me the more you want to kill me?" I ask, and his head falls as he stares at the ground.

"Yes," he responds simply, nodding a little. I swallow hard.

"What do I have to do so you dont kill me?" I ask.

"You have to become one of us."

HEck I dont have school tomorrow until like 11AM and it's currently 11PM right now lmao
