Snow burst through the door with tears streaming down her face,
"Snow?" Emma called but she ignored them and went straight to her room.
"Snow!" David yelled running into the dorm room at lightning speed and started banging on snows door "open this door now!" He yelled making Emma jump.
She heard snow crying so she got up and shoved David away from the door so he'd stop banging it "David enough!"
"Stay out of it Emma!" He spat and tried to push the door but she stood in the way and ended up getting shoved against it winding her
"Enough!" Killian stood up and yelled
David felt guilty that he'd hurt Emma so he calmed down,
"You need to chill the bloody hell out!" Killian told David
"Sorry Emma," David apologised as she clutched her ribs
She turned around and knocked on the door lightly,
"Snow it's Emma..." she spoke gently, snow cautiously opened the door and Emma slipped through before snow slammed it and locked it.
"What's going on?" She asked her as snow collapsed in the bed
"David is a dick!" She sobbed
"I know..." she replied rubbing her extremely sore ribs "but why is he even more dicky today?"
"Because he's jealous and over protective and big giant jerk!" She wept
Emma walked over and sat beside her in the bed, slowly rubbing her back as her breathing calmed "you wanna talk about it?"
"I was in art and Vincent needed help with his photography and asked if I'd be the model, I mean I get extra points for it and it helps him out so why wouldn't I?" She began "but Vincent was apparently showing them his friends at lunch along with his other photos for the project and when David saw them he ran at him and started punching him in the nose! Then he kept giving me lectures about how I'm supposed to be in a relationship and I shouldn't be letting guys take pictures of me So I ran away and he followed...."
"I know I felt that bit!" Emma sighed trying to get in comfy position so her ribs didn't hurt
"Do you think I should've told Vincent no?" Snow sat up and asked
"No!" Emma replied quickly "it's your body and I mean he is an awesome photographer so I'd have done it too, and David shouldn't be yelling at you he should be praising you, I know how hard it is for you to do stuff like that and I'm proud," she smiled
"Thanks em," snow replied lying back down "will you stay until I fall to sleep
"Of course," Emma smiled and lay beside her until her breathing had evened and out.
She slowly exited the room. Killian august and David were sat on the couch
"I'm really sorry em," David stood up and hung his head in shame
"It's not me you should be apologising to," Emma replied placing her hands on her hips
"But..."
"I don't care David, they were some photos and you and I both know how hard it would have been for her to take those and yet you still shout and try to lecture her about it, I'm not blaming you for punching Vincent because we both know he had other intentions but you don't need to shout at snow like that. She's innocent to the world she wouldn't have known what he was trying to do,"
"I don't want her to get hurt by trusting too many people," David sighed
"I know but if you try controlling her then she's not going to trust you," Emma explained
"I know..." David sighed "how do I fix this?"
"You apologise," Emma rolled her eyes
"Sorry,"
"To her you idiot," Emma laughed
"Right sorry..." David replied and laughed making his way to snows door. He took a deep breathe and then opened the door before closing it behind him.
"If I were you I'd leave within the next 10 minutes," Emma laughed sitting back down and eating her noddles
"Wow Emma getting rid of us?" August chuckled throwing a piece of chicken at her. She dodged it and stuck her tongue out at him
"No," she rolled her eyes "lets just say that this happens at least once a month and pretty soon there is going to be a different kind of banging on the wall,"
Killian and August made disgusted face
"You don't mind?" Killian asked
"Not really," Emma shrugged "Regina bought me a pair of earplugs last Christmas, and we have this weird pact thing where if I allow them to do what they want then I don't have pay for food,"
"Do you never get to use the pact?" He asked her, secretly hoping that she doesn't use it...yet
"I've never needed it, usually I just put my head phones in and watch Netflix,"
"That's actually sad em," August laughed
"You're just jealous because you have to pay for all your food and I get mine for free!" Emma giggled
Killian smiled at her cute giggle,
Suddenly the wall started to shake and they heard soft moans
"And it begins..." Emma sighed and stood up walking towards her room
"You guys can come if you want I have some Spare headphones and Robin and Regina are louder so you're better off here,"
"Why not," Killian smiled standing up and following her
"Actually I have a date so I'm going," August told them
"You?" Emma laughed "have a date?"
"Rude!" August scoffed but he kissed her cheek and left.
Killian hated the fact that he did that but he didn't say anything about it,
"Come on," Emma jumped into her bed and crawled through the edge before tapping the other side for him to join her
"It looks a bit different with a fort in the middle," Killian laughed sitting at the edge of the bed
"I would have kept it up but I couldn't get under my bed and that's where I keep all my homework," she informed him, pulling the blanket and placing it over him
"Ye that would have been a problem,"he said but watched her as she crawled across him to reach her laptop and he had to consecrate really really hard on not getting hard at the fact her hand was on his upper thigh
He breathed again when she settled back on her side and pulled Netflix up
"Any preferences?" She asked scrolling through the site
He shook his head while he fixed his traitor teenager brain.
"Not really love,"
"Ok then lets pick something loud," she giggled as the moans got louder
She chose mamma Mia and placed the laptop on their knees, Emma handed Killian an earphone and shuffled close so they'd fit in both their ears.
He smiled as she hummed with the music on the movie, he didn't know any of the songs but he didn't mind because her humming made them sound beautiful.
She fell asleep so Killian gently took her head phone out and put the laptop on the floor. He settle down in bed and listened to her gentle breathing that soothed him. She shuffled into his side and he couldn't resist placing his arm around her and pulling her closer, moulding her into his side. She mumbled something in her sleep and placed her head on his shoulder.
"Night swan," he muttered kissing her head
