Scorpius Longbottom is one of Corvus' friends. His hair is dirty blonde that he looks almost like a brunette. He is also tall enough for Cassiopeia to look up to him. Like Corvus, he is also a certified trouble maker.

"Yes, Mr. Longbottom. She is not just a company, you will be serving detention and do obligatory chore together for the whole month," said the officer. Scorpius rolled his eyes and promptly sat down and put both of his feet on the table. What a git, just like his friend Corvus.

Cassiopeia glanced at the officer and saw him writing something down on a piece of paper. "I will go easy on you. Miss Parker and Mister Longbottom, the both of you will do an obligatory chore in the school's Library for a month. You will do as the Librarian says," Officer Dawson gestured for her to come closer and get the paper from his hand.

"As if I care," her head sharply glanced towards Scorpius, seeing him getting something from his coat as he muttered. Was that a cigarette?

"Of course you will do, Scorpius. Now go to the Library with Ms. Parker and give that letter to Madam Maxime and send her my regards," Officer Dawson resumed on his work.

"Tsk. How sentimental can he get? Now follow me, good girl," Scorpius got up from his seat, grabbed the letter from her hand and walked out of the door, popping a cigarette in his lips.

"I know the way to the library, Longbottom. No need to-"
"How long have you been studying here?"
"What question is that, seriously?"Cassiopeia huffed.
"Just answer me."

Rolling her eyes, she just answered, "Four." Her answer made Scorpius scoff, "Bet you did not know about this yet. Come with me."

His statement made her nervous as she shrugged a lot of times. "No, I am not coming with you. I have had enough troubles this day, I do not need your help to add another one," Scorpius rolled his eyes at the girl's statement, probably a habit of his, annoyed.

"I know I do not look trustworthy to the likes of you but, I am going to say this only once because I certainly do not like repeating myself. Trust me on this one," before Cassiopeia could reply, Scorpius grabbed her wrist as they started to walk to a series of path and darkness, combining to the twists and turns she did not know anything about. Cassiopeia started to panic. She was certain that this was not the way to the Libra-

"Welcome to the Library, good girl," Scorpius released his hold to her wrist and held both of his arms up and made a small twirl that made her lightly laugh. And that was it, he went back to his usual scowl and opened the door. "Nothing's funny, you know," he added. This guy is truly a mystery.

After Scorpius gave the letter to Madam Maxime, we were assigned to scrub the library floors, as well as clean the high, dusty ceilings which are already full of cobwebs. The library space is massive, which Cassiopeia estimated, about five classrooms and accommodating about two hundred students at a time. Like the detention rooms, the library is also dimly lit in some corners, has large windows – large enough that can even be used in case of emergency (for example, you want to kill yourself because of the school works).
