Cassiopeia woke up the next day feeling indifferent. Standing up, she opened the curtains to her dorm room and yawned, her clocking ticking to five-thirty in the morning. The honeycomb-yellow sun above her was scorching like celestial fireball in the purple sky. It is dazzling with luxury and grandeur. Between the gaps of her window, the light beams of the golden sun hits the floor.

It was a good day to be alive, she believed.

Today was a blessing to her, a great day to start. The heavy weight of Corvus'words in her chest flew away. She and Scorpius talked once again, as well as her soulmate whom she just talked to before she closed her eyes. Cassiopeia also felt eager to send her letter to Britain. Today is a good day, indeed.

Walking to class felt like all the sunshine suddenly gone and it was soon raining. Of course, she was still anxious about being with her classmates. What if Corvus suddenly felt better and started attending class like how he attended theirs before? What if he remembered all about Cassiopeia and started to bother her again?

Countless of what ifs floated in her mind. It was unhealthy; it was toxic. What ifs infiltrated her mind and it surely was not a good start.

Pushing the door open, she sighed in relief. Everyone stopped on their business to look at the creature that entered their territory. Cassiopeia looking back, they refused to make eye contact with her and continued doing what they were doing.

So that was the sign, this will continue to a good day. Walking towards her arm chair, her eyebrows furrowed confused and dumbfounded. She turned around, her eyes looking for someone looking at her, but unfortunately found none. Grabbing the yogurt drink from her desk, she removed the note attached to it.

This drink is not latched with poison. Enjoy!

Glancing at Scorpius who was laughing hard with some of their male classmates, she smiled gladly. Thank you, she thought.

She glanced towards her right, looking for a particular person. Zabini. He was her archenemy, but he seemed to be a great mystery to her. Cassiopeia is curious about him, being able to change his emotions in just a week.

He was leaning his chin against his right hand, his left hand tapping on the desk. He was staring at the window, probably watching the students rush to their class. What confused her more is that he is not with his friends, or allies, as what Scorpius had told her the day before. He seemed like he was isolating himself from everyone. Well, that was unusual. He was the king here. He was famous and adored by everyone.

Is it okay to feel an unusual connection to a person who made you felt different?
