The next day...

I waited for Hannah in the cafètiria, It's been 30 minutes now, I wonder what she's up to again. She always stumbles upon cool mysterious and adventures, I wouldn't be surprised if she did so again.

"Oh dear. . where is she?" I sighed, I already ordered lunch for the two of us.

"Mellow! Sorry to keep you waiting!" Hannah called, sitting beside me.

I rolled my eyes.
"That's fine! What's up?" I asked.

As I asked that question, Hannah looked around wearily. A while later, she dragged me towards an empty corner in the cafètiria.

"Yesterday, I was walking in the corridors," she said quietly. "Then I saw the leader of the Science Club rummaging around the headmaster's office, he was putting a specific file in one of her drawers. I kind of caught him, but he escaped."

I nodded. "So?"

Hannah looked around. "The boy who was sneaking around is an imposter, an agent working for Ledison Dark, the leader of the Ones That Control Darkness, the one who captured me. I have a feeling that one of the students or teachers here is Agent J. I overheard him talking to Agent J that time I was, y'know. Apparently, she's a woman, or a girl."

My eyes widened. "That's a lot to take in. . . " I muttered.

Hannah sighed. "I know."

I smiled, then realized she left out one particular detail. "Where is the real leader of the Science Club? You know, Vinson Chay." I asked.

Hannah looked at the ground. "Well. . . He's gone to a better place, is all I can say," she muttered.

I froze. I didn't know what to do or say. Oh, the poor soul didn't deserve such fate. Imagine his parents right now! I clenched my fists.

"O-oh. . . " I said softly. I fought the tears from my eyes, but they just escaped. I walked back to our seat, Hannah's hand resting on my shoulder. I shook my head and willed myself to calm down.

"O-okay. So, what if other students would be next? What are we going to do about that?" I asked her.

Hannah sighed."I don't know. Maybe the Gem of Earth will help, it grants protection to the ones it trusts," She suggested.

I nodded, that should be a start.

"I-I have to go. . . " Hannah stuttered, and thanked me for the food, then left in a hurry. I shrugged and set course for the library. Time for some research.

After running through the hallways, I arrived at the entrance of the library. It's door were made of glass, metal outlining it. Beside the entrance was a bulletin board, papers that read : Meeting at 11:00 PM! or Discussion held at library! and even more, were pinned on it.

I entered the library, and boy! It was huge! The whole floor was covered with soft carpet, a fish tank filled with goldfishes and angelfishes at the side of the exit. Then, as I walked forward, a counter was placed right beside the glass windows. There were three seperate sections, signs labeled them, the first was Borrow, the second was Return, and the last one was Pay.

Most of the library was filled with books, books and books. Books were found on the floor, on the classy wooden tables and chairs, and some on top of bookshelves. When I say that, you might think the library was messy, but the library was very clean and organized.
