"So listen... Y/N. I have something important I need to tell you." Louis says.

All of the blood drains from your face. You can see whatever it is Louis is going to tell you, he's nervous to say.

"Ok...?" You say a little confused.

"So I've been chosen to go to college early, over seas... in London... and I have to leave on Wednesday." He says.

You try to speak but nothing comes out. He just looks at you. You feel tears start to pour down your face. Before you know it you're crying.

"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to tell you last minute." He says while pulling you in for a hug.

"But the school year has just begun..." You say.

"Yes I know but we are going for a campus tour and my whole family is moving with me. I'm so sorry but it'll just be easier that way." He finishes.

You are pretty sure you just soaked Louis' shirt with your tears.

"Are you alright?" He asks.

"Ya I am." You respond.

"It doesn't seem much like that..."

"I... I know. I'm really upset but I'm really happy for you." You try to smile but it hurts.

Louis falls back on the bed and pulls you in. Your head on his chest. This may be the only time it'll ever happen. You couldn't believe it was actually happening. Your best friend going away for college. You always knew it would happen but not this soon.

You were looking forward to homecoming. All the dances you both could've been to together. Gone. Your fantasies had been wiped away by the hard slap in the face called reality. It was just so hard for you to imagine your life without Louis.

He had always been apart of it even when you weren't dating. This had got to be the shortest relationship ever recorded. Barely even a day and you would both be pulled apart from each other.
