"Louis I... I don't know if that's really a good idea... I really like you too but I... I just don't want dating each other to ruin our friendship if we ever broke up. I'm sorry." You say.

You looked at Louis' face and it seems like he was about to cry but you knew he was much stronger than how he was acting.

"Ok but please Y/N, just remember this." He said.

He stepped closer to you filling the small gap and leaned into you. You felt his warm lips touch yours. You felt something you never felt before in your life. The kiss felt really good.

"Wait. Louis... I will be your girlfriend!" You say.

A huge smile lit across his face. He climbed back up the tree and jumped over the railing pulling you in for a hug. He pulls away and climbs down the tree. He looks up to you and waves.

"Well see you on Monday!" You say to him.

"Actually I was wondering if you could come bowling with me and some of the guys on the team later today..." He said nervously.

"Um Louis if you haven't noticed it's really late. I don't think any bowling alley is open at this time." You say, forgetting it was already past midnight and officially Saturday.

Louis started laughing but you didn't know what for.

"It's 12:30 am Y/N. It's Saturday." He says while giggling.

Your cheeks begin to turn bright pink. Thankfully he couldn't see because of how dark it was outside.

"Are any of your cheerleader friends going to be there?" You ask not knowing why exactly you did.

"Of course they are." He says.

He could see your head drop from the small silhouette appearing from the light outside your window.

"Y/N you aren't seriously going to worry about them are you?" He asks.

"Well... I guess not." You say.

"Good. See you later then. I gotta get going before my mom finds out I'm missing or she's going to flip!" He yells.

"Good night." You say, and he runs across the street back to his house.
