I made my way through and Adrien held tightly onto my hand.

I didn't try to get the popcorn.

We made it to the tiger exhibit and I ran over. I clenched my hands tightly onto the bars.

"You okay?"

"Where are the tigers?" I asked. We began looking around. But I wasn't looking for the tigers. I spotted Marinette in the corner. She had her head down and leaned on the railing in the shade.

"I see one!" Adrien shouted aloud.

It was in the shade. The same shade from the same tree that Marionette hid under. I smiled.

"Let's get closer." I linked my arm with his and pulled him towards the shade where the lion lounged. We got closer and I saw out of the corner of my eye how Marinette shifted uncomfortably.

"The tiger is bigger than I thought."

"It has such a vibrant coat."

"It's a shame people hunt them down."

"Indeed it is." They see something different, something exotic, and people either hate it or hunt it down. And they hunted me down. "We have a lot in common." I muttered under my breath.

"Marinette?" Adrien spoke up and I fought to hide my smile.

"Oh, hi Adrien. (F/N)." She greeted. She stepped out of the shade. She didn't meet my eye. She knew she was guilty. But I was confused as to why she came.

"Did you come alone?" I asked.

"Yeah..." She muttered.

"Guess you like tigers too?" Adrien cut in. She reddened.

"Y-yeah. I like them I guess."

"They're such beautiful animals." I said.

"Well, I gotta go check out...other-animals. Bye Adrien!"

"See you." She had already turned as Adrien said goodbye. I felt a pain in my chest, why did she not like me?

She's jealous.

"How so?"

Of you.

"What's there to envy?" I asked.

Adrien.

"Let's drop this." I said.

"Look there's its cubs!" I turned and saw Adrien leaning over the railing and pointing at two tiger cubs. Crowds began to gather as they played around in front of their home.

I smiled at the cubs, they had such a pretty life. A life that seemed devoid of danger.

Why was I so unlucky?

As we watched the cubs play I heard a loud crash. I turned and realized it was coming from the direction Marinette had left in. And then a piercing scream broke the silence. The cubs ran into their cave and the tiger stood up defensively.

The trees shook and birds scattered. A huge monster emerged from a pathway. It roared out in anger.

"Adrien!" I turned but he was gone. "Adrien?!" I began shouting. The monster approached. It was a rock monster and it eyes were like the insides of a volcano. I didn't care. "Adrien!!" I shouted. It came closer and I stayed put.

(F/N)!!!!! Get out there!!

Ami's voice brought me out of my sudden panic and I turned to see the monster about to step on me.

I backed up but it was no use. I was silent, nothing coming out of my mouth.

Suddenly I was grabbed and zipped through the air. I held on tightly to whoever was carrying me. Good or evil, they'd saved me.

I finally opened my eyes and looked up to see Chat Noir. He smiled at me.

"Hello m'lady." He greeted.

"Thank you." I breathed. We came to the top of a hill and he set me down.

"Let me handle this. You just stay safe." He smiled at me one last time before disappearing.

Let's go!

"Ami! We're not needed!" I exclaimed.

But they always need our help.

"Not everyone needs us to interfere." I said.

You make me sound evil.

"I don't know anymore." I admitted I felt useless watching Chat Noir taking on the monster alone. Ladybug soon joined him.

They were a dynamic duo.

I'm not useless.

"What?"

I'm tired of this.

"Am-" Before I could stop him he had transformed me. "Change me back!"

No.

"Oh my-"

"Dragon Eyes what are you doing?" I looked up and saw a balanced Chat Noir watching me.

"Oh, nothing."

"Did you see a girl up here by any chance?"

"Uh, yeah! I brought her down so she could get farther away to safety." I lied. I wasn't exactly safe.

My voice was altered and my disguise on. There was nothing I could do. Ami and his stubborn pride.

"Oh, well then let's go fight crime."

"So touching, you guys are bonding. Now come and help me!" I looked and watched as Ladybug held the monster at bay. What could I do?

Let's use a new power.

"What?"

Wind!

"WIND?!" He forcefully made me raise my hands up and I blasted the monster with a gust of wind. It also blew Chat Noir off balance. He fell on his back. "I thought cats landed on their feet?"

"Shut up. You and Ladybug are the same." He grumbled. I smiled and jumped up. The monster was temporarily still.

"How is wind going to stop this thing?"

Just hit it again!

I lifted my hands up and blasted it in the head. It was a molten monster on the inside. If I cooled it down it would become immobile.

"Let's add another thing to the batch." I said aloud. I separated my hands one holding wind and the other now spouting water.

The monster roared out as it cooled.

"Find the akuma!" Chat Noir shouted.

"On its wrist there is a bumpy outline!" I looked over and saw it. I sprayed the monster in the eyes and it was blind. Temporarily. I jumped down and began tearing through the thin layer of molten rock. A bracelet.

"SOMEONE HELP ME!" I shouted aloud. But neither approached.

"It's too hot."

You are supposed to be a dragon.

"My luck. Got super strength?"

"Of course." I gave one more pull and the bracelet snapped free. But at the same time the monster opened its eyes. I tossed the bracelet out into sky. I couldn't see who caught it as the monsters hands enclosed over me.
