I wipe up the make up that was on my face. I just got back from a meeting with this man that own this clinic. I was thinking about moving my clinic here.
I sat on the couch and open my computer. I was looking up some new stuff and new colors for my clinic. I'm making boss moves.

"Hey, where the kids?" I ask.
"They at your mom" he said.
"Why you drop them off there?" I narrow my eyebrows at him.
"To talk to you" he sat down on the couch.

"Victor call me about his sister toni" he said.

"He wants Toni to stay with us for a while" I stop typing looking at him.

"Thank you baby" I kiss his lips.
"Why you don't like Toni?"
"Cause I think she likes you" I said.
"She doesn't, she trying to run away from her husband" he said.
"Husband" I said. "What he did to her?"
"He's a beater" Odell sigh heavily.
"Oh" I look the other way. Poor her. Maybe I can get to her and make her feel special again. "What if I can help her"
"Help her? You don't even like her"
"Odell, I'm serious"
"Fine" he got up and walk to the stairs. "She coming tonight tho"
