Jaleny POV

*Recap*

"Thank you Darien. But, what is the space about?" I asked looking at him in his eyes. He sighed and rubbed his face.

"I got to tell you something. You can't get mad aight. Promise me." he said. I am getting a little worried right now. One million thoughts are going through my head right now.

"I promise." I said.

*Recap Over*

"Damn." He said looking away from my eyes. He is scaring me bad right now. I took his face in between my hands, lifting it. I gave him a long kiss.

"Just tell me babe." I said. He sighed and rubbed his hands up and down my back.

"I don't know how to tell you this. I don't know how you will feel." He said.

"Did you cheat?" I asked. He better not have or else we are done.

"What!? No. Hell no. I ain't stupid Jaleny." He said. I let out a sigh of relief.

"Then wassup?" I asked. He took a deep breath and looked at me.

"Ok. A school has been looking at me for a while. Like this school is elite. It is the best for athletics and stuff. So, they have been looking at some of my games and stats throughout the year. They are willing to give me a full scholarship baby. Ain't that something?" He said with an unsure look on his face. I just looked at him. What?

"Say something Jay." He said.

"That really is something. Where is the school?" I asked.

"An hour away from here." He said. My heart dropped.

"I don't know how I feel about that honestly. You have school then practice then homework once you get home. We are going to have no time together. I am beyond proud of you baby. Really, don't let my feelings get in the way of your future." I said, not letting the tears fall.

"I understand. I want this to be a collective decision. If I go or not, I am still NBA bound and we are going to be forever together." He said kissing my neck.

"Ok." I said lowly. I rested my head on his shoulder as he rubbed up and down my back. I don't know what to do.

"Would you cheat if you went to another school?" I asked him seriously. He stopped moving his hands and didn't say anything.

"Answer me." I said, lifting my head to look at him.

"I don't want to get mad at you right now Jaleny, aight. All that I am going to say is that you know how I feel about you and you should be able to trust and not ask stupid questions like you just did." He said. He stood up and placed me on the chair.

"I'm gonna hit you up later." He said then just walked out.

Carin POV

"Miah, where did your father put my phone? I know you know." I said talking to my daughter. Her and Eric always up to something.

"I don't know mommy." She said in an innocent voice. I gave her a face until I heard Eric's footsteps. Miah ran right to her dad.

"Eric you better give me my phone. I didn't do anything for you to take it." I said walking up to him. He just smiled at me.

"Baby, I don't know what you're talking about." He said pulling me in to him by my waist.

"Mhm, that is exactly why you are getting NONE!" I said. I got out his holding only to be back in it.
