Micheal's POV

'Jane huh' i thought to myself.

I guess she is human...

I dont know what she looks like or what she likes or anything about her. But I do know 4 things.

First, her name is mary jane derlock
Second, she is my mate.
Third, i want to be with her.
And last, i love her.

Does it makes any sense? For a person to love a complete stranger.

Yes. Things like this are normal for supernaturals like me.

Its the feeling where you can finally breathe, cause all your life every breath has been toxic.
And its the feeling of trust, which is hard for beings like me...
You know that you can give up even your life for that one person.

"Micheal"
a voice passed through all the loud noise of cars beside the sidewalk.

"What brings you here? Drake"
I asked.

"I was gonna ask the same question" he replied.

"Im here for someone" i said.

Why is he here? I believe he is planning something, i dont like it

"You havent answered my question drake" i said.

He smirked.

"Let's go somewhere less crowded, shall we?" He said.

I have a bad feeling about this

"why?" I asked.

"Two vampires meet in a city full of humans... not a great idea. Especially now cause im starving"

A raven haired woman stood still as Drake drinks blood from her neck.

I used my power to keep her quiet.
But even if she screams, i doubt she will be heard in this abandoned alleyway.

"You must be wondering why im here, Micheal" he said as he let go of the victim, she fainted.

"Im also here for someone" he wiped the blood from his lips.

His eyes turned crimson as he snapped, grabbing me by my collar.

"Leave her alone" he said.

"You're getting on my nerves!"

I sent him flying with a kick.

"what is she to you!?" I asked.

He pulled out a wooden stake and ran to me with inhuman speed, aiming at my heart.

I dodged and stole the stake.

"You've become a different person.
I dont know who you are anymore"
I said.

blood oozed from his chest as i pierced it with the stake.

"Dont worry, i made sure it was not your heart, for now"

He snickered.

I let a knee down from pain.

"Its a deadly dose, you'll survive" he said then he disappeared.

I removed the needle from my neck.

Werewolf venom. Great

Jane's POV

'jeez, he should have insisted to take me home...'

I didn't bring my car, I guess i'll take the taxi later.

For now i just wanna walk around, let's hope no one recognize me, especially the media.

A White floating fire-like orb caught my attention.

I followed it.

I wonder why only I can see it?

Other people doesnt seem bothered by it

Then I found myself in an alleyway.

There stood a pale black haired man, with a bruise on his neck.

My heart skipped a beat.
