Dear Momma,
Can you get God to send down some abra-cadabra magic for Dadday? He's sick, and I wanna cry. Daddy won't stop coughing and his back hurts real bad. Momma, what can I do? I'm making him some o' my bestest soups. Will he get better if I get Tinker Bell to put some dust in his soup?
Conner says fairies aren't real. But most of the time he's ignoring me thank your God. But are fairies real? Mommy, tell me.
Also I think Daddy coughed some of his cold on me. I feel bad too, and I'm burning. Conner took one look at me yesterday and ran off! How rude! How dare he? Just cause I don't like his "company" doesn't mean I want people to run from me. Mommy, what if Daddy got cancer from smoking? Ever since you left, he started. My teachers say smoking is bad and kills.
Momma, get Daddy to stop. Mommy, go home! Mother, please! Help! I want you back. I love you so much that it hurts.
Will you reply to me again? I need you, Mommy, more than ever. I am so confused - about Conner, smokers, Daddy, you, God, the world! Also, my supsension wasn't that bad even if Daddy got furious at me.
Momma, I love you and Daddy. Make him better, and thank you for talking to me. I feel like the world hates me. Does the world and God hate me cause I'm so whiny?
Your Dipserate,
Opal
PS PS Conner gave me a muffin for Daddy. Said it was from his momma. But Conner was wearing one of those doctor mouth masks when he gave it to me. What's his problem!
