Chapter 7: My Crystal Heart

°Ayame's POV°

I searched through my pockets and totally forgot about the Crystal Heart I was going to give to Kakashi. I looked at it and it was a pure, see through crystal. It was beautiful, I put it in the suns light and it created a little kaleidoscope around my room. Kakashi will really love to have this I thought. Its like a real beating heart, as it shows you if the person is hurt, dead or alright. It can also work on emotions, only if their emotions are strong enough. I forgot to give this to Kakashi, so I'll give him it later before we go to the Hokage. I can make Crystal any colour I wish, and I think having a see through one for Kakashi is just perfect! It means that he cares for me a lot and he can read all my emotions. I guess seeing him again makes me really happy, don't take it the wrong way, I don't have 'those' feelings for him.

I went out to the balcony and looked at the city again. "We'll be back for you." I heard a voice go through my head. That boy, what?! "We won't hesitate to take you by force." I heard that same voice again. I started looking around in fear. "Who's there!?" I yelled. "We're not near you, but were here" the voice spoke.

"What do you want!?" I yelled into the air. I looked like a total idiot talking to no one. People from below were looking at me strangely.

"Don't worry, time will come when you see me again." the voice said. Those were the last words that voice told me.

Its got to be that boy, who else would it be! I went back into the room and grabbed my weapon pouch and strapped it to my waist. I put my headband on around my head. I'm finding this kid, and I'm finding him now! I stormed out of my room to the Hokages office.

"I'm sorry my Lord, but I have to leave right now. I will be back soon." I said to the Third Hokage. He nodded and let me off. Wow he really does trust me, he didn't even ask why. I went out of the gates and rushed to the place where I saw that boy last time. "Come out! Where are you!" I shouted at the top of my voice, I was panting due to running a far distance. "Whoever you are, show your face!" I kept on shouting out at nothing. It's no use, no trace of the boy is here, except for my shattered crystals. Wait a second. I bent down and picked up a crystal. It had a piece of white hair on it. Bingo! I put it in a container and went back to the village. I then asked the Hokage to have people analyse the hair.

"I want to know who's hair this is, and I want to know by tomorrow!" I said.

"It might take a little bit longer but please be patient." One of the analysers said.

I gave a stern look on my face and nodded. I went out of the Hokages office clenching my fists. I really need to know who that boy is. If he is out for my tailed beast, I can't let that happen. I've trained hard for this and I won't let him take Nyobi, or my own life. I went back to my room with concern covering my face. I slammed my first on the table. I was so annoyed! This anger was coming from Nyobi too. We have became one so we know how we both really felt. I took a deep and slowly claimed down. I closed my eyes and opened them again. Refreshing my mind. I wonder if Kakashi is finished with his Anbu meeting.

I walked to Ichiraku's with the Crystal Heart in my pocket. It was half past three by now and he wasn't there. Can Anbu Black Op meetings take so long? I sat on one of the stools and ordered a small bowl of miso pork ramen. I then waited for Kakashi. Kushina then walked in.

"Kushina? What are you doing here?" I asked.

"I was going to just get some ramen for Minato." she replied and sat down.

"We found out the sex of the baby today. My bun in my oven is going to be a boy!" She smiled and put he hands together.

"Really? What are you going to name him then?" I asked.
