The next morning I woke up because of the rays of the sun that came to caress my face. I got up from bed and walked on a sleeping bag, empty. Empty? I looked around, but she was not there, she was nowhere. I dressed then in an orange sweater and a pair of simple pants and then left my room to join Mom and my breakfast in the dining room. Arrived downstairs, only Billy was there, waiting for me. I looked at him without making the effort to smile, I took a glass of orange juice, an apple, and sat down at the end of the table.

The silence was painful and I would want to know where our parents were and if they had met Eleven this morning, then I cleared my throat and finally asked."Huh, Billy ? Where are our parents ?" I asked really politely. "I did not understand everything, but I think they said a girl had broken into the house and they were taking her to the police station." He answered, calmly.
At that time, my throat tightened and the orange juice struggled to pass. I put the glass on the table pretending that nothing was happening, coughed and stood up, apple in hand. "Where are you going?" Asked Billy. "If someone ask you, you'll just say you do not know," I said, closing the door behind me.At the police station? They'll take Eleven to the cops !? I have to help her, get her out of here, run away from something that threatens her, and my parents send her straight back to that thing. I do not want to lose my only friend that way.
Having forgotten my skateboard in the trunk of my parents' car, where I secretly store it, I had no choice but to run. Running, I saw the boy again, Lucas, he was alone and on his bike. He saw me too and came to me. "Hey, Max! What are you doing? Where do you run like that? "He asked. Out of breath I forced myself to reply. "A friend is in trouble, big trouble, and I have to go to the police station as soon as possible." He looked at me "Climb to the back, I'll take you there." He suggested gently. "Really? Thank you Lucas." That was nice from him. On the road we passed by what I think was Mike Wheeler's house. He and the rest of their gang were there. And as if they knew something was wrong, they looked at each other, climbed onto their bicycles and followed us. "-What's her name?" Lucas asked as he spoke of my friend."Eleven. Her name is Eleven. " At that moment it was as if he had just found an old friend. He and Mike looked at each other for a moment, Lucas nodded positively and Mike's eyes filled with melancholy.
Everyone then began to pedal faster, much faster. I clung to Lucas, put my head on his back and closed my eyes. I was not one of those who love bikes, and bikes do not really appreciate me either. I love speed, but I never knew how to ride a bike, I never understood how it works. Believe it or not, I did not know how to ride a bike. The bike slowed down and I finally felt able to open my eyes. Mike did not take the time to tie his bike, as if Eleven was more important, as if he knew her.He runs inside, shouting "Jim Hopper", Lucas, Dustin and Will had tie their bike, and all four of them were in pursuit of Mike, to the rescue of Eleven. On entering the police station we saw two policemen on the ground, their ears lying with blood. I did not understand what might have happened. I was just hoping that Eleven and my mother would be fine.A man in uniform with a hat, a beard of three days and a strange surprise into his eyes came to us. "Oh shit ... Are we going to have problems?" I asked then. The boys were turning towards me, Mike coming towards me."Where is she? Where is Eleven? You said she would be there. Speak, where is Eleven!"
He then took me by the shoulders and shook me like a milkshake. I took one of his arms and turned him over, causing Mike to kneel on the floor. "I don't know, man! Don't you see she has problems? I mean, look at her men ashore, she may be in danger. She's my friend, okay? So give me peace, damn it." I released his arm and the policeman came towards us. I could read on his uniform that it was him, Jim Hopper. He then began to speak to the boy, whispering. As if no one should hear about her. I heard them say that Eleven had come with my parents, that they had left, but that Jim was not there so she freaked out and would have done this to the one who was his holiday replacement. Why, how do they know Eleven?  Why do they leave me out of this?Obviously, Eleven was gone, so I had no reason to stay there. I walked back to the house, on foot this time.

It was supposed to be 10 am, the sun hit the city and I was hot, super hot. I then stopped at a park with a drinking fountain, I drank and watched my reflection in the water. Suddenly two men approached me. I had never seen them before and they looked at me as if they knew me. "Can I help you?" I asked politely. "Yeah, yeah, you can do that," one responded as the other turned around, stopping behind me.
"Okay, what can I do for you?" I asked, but I was suspicious of the kind of things he was going to ask me. "My name is Troy, and I find you very much to my liking. What I would like is that you kiss me." he said, smiling.
"I don't think so, I'm sorry." I answered before I wanted to leave. But I had not foreseen that his friend would detain me. "Too bad, I would do it myself" he laughed. A sadistic laugh that I hated.
I tried to struggle, by all means, but he held me too hard, so I shaked my head from all sides so that he did not succeed what he had undertaken to do. At that moment, God be praised, Billy came by car. He opened his door and shouted my name. He came to my aid. "Hey, let her go. She said no. No, it's no." He said, as if he were worried about me. Troy and his friend let me go, but as they parried Troy looked at me. A look that said "we'll meet." Billy looked at me, checking my physical condition and then opened my door so that I entered the vehicle, which I did."Let it be clear to you and I," he began, "I came to seek you ONLY because mom asked me. I still hate you." "Mom? Did I hear you? Did you say Mom? It's not your mother, she'll never be your mother, Billy. " He looked at me and then laughed. It accelerated more and more on roads where children could pass, it is impossible that my mother married a man who has such a son. "Stop, there are kids Billy, stop!" That's when I saw the boys, by bike, surely coming home. At that moment, when he saw I was smiling at familiar faces, Billy accelerated a little more. He was so close to crushing them that I could feel the smell of their steaming wheels, due to the acceleration. "Stop Billy, you're gonna kill them!" Stop! Stop! what are you playing at!? Stop Billy, stop!" I shouted, panicked, my eyes closed, feeling that he was accelerating ever more. "Pity, Billy, stop ..." I said pleading with tears in my eyes, my voice trembling. He looked at me then, proud of what he had just done, then slowed down. I saw then when we passed them, the faces of Lucas, Mike, Dustin and Will, not understanding what had just happened. I also saw that Lucas had seen that I had been crying. He was so close to my window that I could see he had been scared too. I turned my head, avoiding his gaze. "Anyone you know?" Billy asked. It was out of the question that he knew that I know people, I do not want him to know my friends, it is out of question, he would go spoil everything by talking about things very shameful about me.That's crazy.Just when I told myself there was a possibility for me to give him a chance this stupid spoil everything.
