"Mitch where the hell are they?!" Jerome yelled.

"How should I know?! I just got here!" I argued. He glared at me, sudden anger filling his veins as with mine.

"WHAT DID YOU DO WITH THEM?!"

"I didn't do shit!! I told you I just got here!"

"Mitch this isn't funny! Now tell me where they are before I kill you!"

"Jerome, trust me, I have no fucking clue! And even if you killed me, you'd die too!"

"Why would I trust you!? A vampire? I don't even know why I saved your stupid ass life!"

"Jerome I have done nothing wrong!! Why are you'd suddenly blaming me for the bullshit that you have caused?! You know what?! I'm just going to fucking leave. I can't deal with this shit."

"You know what else?! That's absolutely fine by me! You were born to be a cold hearted bastard anyway! I don't know why I expected so much from someone like you!" Ouch. That was it. I didn't want to hear any more of his bullshit.

Mitch stormed out the house to a direction he wasn't familiar with. They both knew how much they didn't mean the stuff they said. Jerome just had so little hope in him. He knew that after his friends had gone, he didn't have much more to live for. All the built up stress in him came out with the words he shouted at Mitch. Although Mitch knew this, he couldn't deal with being shouted at again. Everyday of his life he'd been 'wrong' and 'stupid' according to his meaningless father. He would say these things to Mitch so often that Mitch started believing them, that is until he found Jerome. So as soon as Jerome started telling him all these horrible things, he couldn't do it again. He didn't want to relive this with his own soulmate.

Mitch continued his route through the unfamiliar path. He found himself standing on a high cliff. He sat on the edge of it, admiring the beautiful view of the sun rising. Even for the strongest creature alive, silence, and the skies could make him calm and peaceful. As Mitch sat there trying to clear his thoughts, a rustling in the bushes was heard. He turned around to see a shadow. His curiosity followed the strange shadow into the forest. It led him into unknown strange paths. After a while of walking it went into a hole that led somewhere. Mitch walked into it and crawled to the other side. Once he arrived to the other side he stood up, observing his surroundings. He saw targets, wooden dummies, and 2 horses. It was a huge area. He walked to the dummies and saw how weirdly shaped they were. He was so distracted by them he didn't hear a door opening from behind him. A man stepped out with a blade in his hand. He slowly approached Mitch as it was a perfect chance to strike. But how could that man not notice who Mitch was? Even from seeing just the back side of him, Mitch was impossible to not distinguish. The man let the blade fall to the ground. That man, was Jerome.
