Serena's POV
"MORNIN' SUNSHINE WAKEY WAKEY!" said someone that jumped right on top of me.
I woke up and found Stephanie staring at me. I was so startled that I screamed and we bonked heads. We both starting laughing at our stupidity and childish actions. I looked at the clock and it was 10:10.
"Yesterday was so fun. Dude I'm still trying to process in my head that we just met like the chilliest and hottest guys on the planet!" Stephanie squealed. I can't deny it, I was pretty amazed too that I met a fourth place winning band on the X-factor! But thats not why I liked them...they were super sweet and funny and they really did make me smile. Talking and hanging out with them and Stephanie felt like the first time I had had fun in a while.
"Hey lets make this summer the best one yet," Stephanie said stepping out onto my balcony.
I smiled. "Sounds like a plan. It's such a beautiful day lets do something fun."
"Beach?" Stephanie suggested.
"Sure why not." I replied. "But you do know I'm from New York so I have like no bathing suits so we are gonna have to go shopping."
"I'm all in!" yells Stephanie racing me out of my room to the kitchen.
Keaton's POV
I woke up to the sound of Wesley and Drew shouting at each other from the kitchen. I threw my pillow at the door and rolled out of bed. I dragged myself down the stairs and into the kitchen. If you couldn't already tell I wasn't the brightest person in the morning.
"What the hell," I growled at Drew and Wesley. They immediately stopped fighting over the last box of cinnamon toast and they both took their hands off it and set it on the kitchen counter.
"Uhh," Drew started.
"Well this was the last box of cinnamon toast crunch and there is only enough for one of us and I want it.." Wesley said finishing Drew's sentence.
"And I want it," Drew demanded getting up in Wesley's face.
"I got it first!" Wesley screamed.
"I GOT IT FIRST!" Drew said raising his voice. I was actually kinda scared they would wake up the whole neighborhood and all of Huntington beach.
"OKAY SHUT UP NOW," I said yelling at the top of my lungs. They both knew that I was a bitchin the morning so they never tried to mess with me. "I'm just gonna go next door and see if Serena has any. Got it?"
They looked at each other and smiled. I knew what they were thinking. 'Oh little Keaton wants to go over to Serena's house and get it on' This is why I can't let them know whenever I think a girl is cute or anything. I gave them both the death stare and they stopped smiling.
"Alright just don't take to long," Wesley said winking at me.
"Yeah your welcome for getting you a box of cereal from our neighbors house because you guys are both to stubborn to eat a different brand of cereal," I said rolling my eyes as I walked out the door. I can't believe that I was going to our new neighbor's house, that I just met yesterday, to get cinnamon toast crunch cereal.
I knocked on the door and nobody came. I started knocking again and then Serena came and opened the door. "Uhh hey.." I said scraching the back of my head.
"Hi," she said smiling.
"So Drew and Wesley are idiots and are fighting over the last box of cinnamon toast crunch... Do you happen to have any that one of them can eat?" I asked her awkwardly.
She laughed. "Yeah I think we have some let me check. You can come in."
I stepped inside and followed her to the kitchen where I found Stephanie planted on the couch eating bacon and pancakes. "Hey Keaton!" she said cheerfully. I waved back at her and smiled.
Serena lead me to her kitchen and into her pantry. "Ahh here we go! Found it!" she said coming out of the pantry with a box of cinnamon toast crunch in her hand. "Here yeah go."
"Are you sure you want me to take the whole thing?"
"Well from what you told me I think you need it more then I do," she said laughing. Her laugh was adorable. God snap out of it Keaton! Back to reality now.
I laughed. "Alright thanks. Hopefully they can shut up now and stop waking me up."
She led me to the door and she asked, "Hey do maybe wanna all hangout later? Like go to the beach or something?"
Yes! Jackpot, she wants to hangout! Okay what the hell is wrong with me... Don't girls get excited about those type of things? God I'm so lame I need to stop getting excited over these little things. "Yeah, I'd love to."
"Yayy! Okay I don't have like any bathing suits so I'll have to get some. But just text me and we can maybe meet somewhere or something."
"Okay," I said smiling. "I'll see you later."
"Bye," she said closing the door.
I ran into the house and threw the box of cereal at Drew. He dropped our box of cereal from his hands and took Serena's.
"Hey!" Wesley said in a pissy voice. "Now it's all over the floor!"
"Sucks for you," Drew said sticking his tongue out. Damn they were so immature.
"Okay both of you shut up for 5 minutes. Serena invited us to the beach with her and Stephanie. Do you guys wanna go?" I asked knowing what they would say.
"Fuck yeah," Drew said with his mouth full of cereal.
"Do you even have to ask little bro?" Wesley said. "I can't wait to see them in a bikini."
I rolled my eyes and here we go. "It's gonna be awesome," Wesley continued and lifted up his shirt showing his six pack. Well this should be interesting.
