Chapter 8

From the teacher's room, Hee Ra walked with a big step while humming to her favourite song, Be Mine by Infinite that played in her head. To reach her classroom, she used the shortcut way which needed her to passed by a small alley beside her classroom's building.

          "Look like you're in a good mood today?"

          Her humming stopped drastically. Hee Ra rolled her eyes as she saw the creatures who just destroyed her good day. Ignoring their presence, Hee Ra walked to past them but being prevent from leave when three of them blocked her way. Angry frown form on her forehead. "What do you want?" She really felt really annoyed to see Joo Heon and his followers.

          "Where are you going so hurriedly?"

          Hee Ra glared fiercely without an answer. She lazy to bother herself talking with those jerk. "Just let me go."

            Hyung Won extend his hand to blocked her again but Hee Ra pushed his hand strongly and walked passed them with leisure. "Yah!!!" Hyung Won screamed.

          Even though she surprised by the scream, she had no thought of stopped herself from walked away. But then, she felt two hands pulled her back to that place and pushed her against a wall. In front of her was Joo Heon with his arrogant smirk.

          "You.." Joo Heon put his left hand on his waist while his right hand rubbing the back of his neck. "Why do you look so high and mighty these days huh?"

          "Perhaps she wants to get our attention?" Chang Kyun said as he smirked.

          "No..no.." Hyung Won shook his head. "I think it's because of Jun. You like Jun right? That's why you act like that?"

          "Really? Hey! If you act like that, do you think Jun will have a feeling at you too? In my eyes..." Joo Heon glanced at Hee Ra from head to toe. "I don't think Jun will like you back. Wait. What if Jun's taste is really low? Then you have a chance. Right?" He asked Hyung Won and Chang Kyun.

          "Is he?" Hyung Won shook his head while laughing.

          "This won't do! I think we we'll have to help her guys."

         "What?" Chang Kyun can't understand Joo Heon 's sudden 'kindness.'

          "We have to help her. We should help her to know if Jun even cares about her existence or not. Short word, if Jun like her or not." Jo Heon explained even without turned to Chang Kyun; his eyes fixed on Hee Ra.

          "Ahhhh..." Chang Kyun chuckled. Thought Joo Heon had been possessed by some kind of spirit when he heard the word 'help'. "How?"

          "That's not . . ." When Hee Ra was about to denied what they said, some kind of noise disrupted their conversation.

          All of them looked at the end of the alley. It was Jun picking up something on the ground. Detecting someone was watching him, Jun turned to see Hee Ra stood against the wall while facing the three guys he hate the most in the school.

         "Perfect timing!" He gave a cynical smile to Jun as he approached Hee Ra closer and closer . "Should we test him now?" Joo Heon stared into Hee Ra eyes while he place his right hand on the wall right beside Hee Ra's shoulder.

         Hee Ra's didn't move a bit even when Joo Heon move closer to her, instead she looked at Jun that froze and looked at her too. She didn't know what had been in her mind at that time but she just let it. She knew she's actually hoped for something.
