I also didn't forget about Emily. But then again, I don't think I want to see her again. "Mom, do you know where Rachel is?" I ask. My mom shakes her head and tells me, "Your bus is here, go to school, love you!" I blow her a kiss and leave. When I get to school I see Rachel. "Rachel!" I say, "I missed you!" "What are you talking about?" Rachel asks. "Never mind." I reply, hugging her. We hug for a while then get to class. At the end of class I rush out. I didn't even say bye to Rachel. I rush to get home and drop off my stuff. I leave my school stuff and go out to find Alex. I go to the house we stayed at one night and knock on their door. They didn't answer. I tried opening the door and it was unlocked. I went inside quietly and looked around. "ALEX!" I yell out happily. I run to him and hug him. He was in the backyard throwing a football with his dad. I guess he wasn't looking for me. "Uh who are you?" He asked. I was worried, had only I remembered everything. Is that why Rachel was confused when I said I missed her? "Don't you remember me?" I ask him. He shakes his head. "I'm going to call 911 if you don't leave my house." His dad says to me, holding out his phone. I run out the house and behind me they lock the door. I start to cry. Did I just lose my second best friend?
