Why is it
Not like I wish?
Why is it
As it is?
I struggle still
With little things like this
When will I be still
And overcome all of this?
I know it may not be
What and how I want it to be
I know I must not be
Disputing what the Lord wants for me
After all He knows best
Who am I to protest?
He is my loving Father
And I shall trust in Him and no other
