Unity in Diversity

9/7/2017

A sister in Christ had called me yesterday to seek counsel. Immediately, I prayed to the Lord to seek His Wisdom and guidance. Praise the Lord! Holy Spirit was with us and gave us the Word of the Lord that we needed. Hallelujah! All Glory to God!

[7/9, 08:47] Marilyn:

Where

8/7/2017

Where there are no words
Let it be depicted by a picture
Where there is His Word
Worry and fear make a departure

Where there seems no shield
And the enemy is on the field
Faith in the Lord is my shield
And no weapon prospers a yield

Where darkness is thick
And intimidates the meek
Let His Light shine over
And boldness take over

Where hearts are broken
And souls are shattered
The Lord's Kingdom is not shaken
All can be restored and mended

[7/9, 08:48] DR: Thanks for yesterday mate. Appreciate your wisdom

[7/9, 08:48] Marilyn: All Glory and Honour be to our Father. Thanks be to God for His Wisdom. ✝💞😘

[7/9, 08:51] Marilyn: You're welcome. Glad to be of service and help to you. As much as it was for you, it was for me too. He works through each one of His children to build all of us. We are all different and we need each other. That is why we need to be united. We need each other.

[7/9, 08:51] DR: 😘😘

[7/9, 08:55] Marilyn: Romans 12:3-8 NKJV
3 For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith. 4 For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, 5 so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. 6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; 7 or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching; 8 he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.

[7/9, 08:58] Marilyn: 1 Corinthians 12:20-26 New International Version (NIV)

20 As it is, there are many parts, but one body.

21 The eye cannot say to the hand, “I don’t need you!” And the head cannot say to the feet, “I don’t need you!” 22 On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, 23 and the parts that we think are less honorable we treat with special honor. And the parts that are unpresentable are treated with special modesty, 24 while our presentable parts need no special treatment. But God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the parts that lacked it, 25 so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other.26 If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.
