My dear Lord Jesus
O how I love Thee
You are my most precious
Deep in my mind and heart constantly
Awaking every morning
In Your warm embrace
Your Joy replaces my mourning
And I continue to live in Your Grace
My heart continues to beat
According to Your rhythm
My ears continue to hear
Your perfect dictum
My eyes turned
To Your direction
And my spirit stirred
In true conviction
Arise in me
The courage to say
That Jesus is the One who saved me
And He is the only Way
Let there be no one
Who continues on
To helplessly grope
Without Your Glorious hope
