Chapter 16

Why is he here?

I slapped his arms away and backed away from him.

"What are you doing here?" I ask.

"Im here to see you." He responds.

"Well I don't want you here." I say.

"Well I don't care what you say." He says. He steps forward and grabs my wrist. I try and back away but theres no where to go. I look around to see if anyone I know can help me, but no one was around.

I get out of his grasp and run outside, I look for Finn but he's no where to be found. My friends are already drunk and they'd be no help to this situation. I stay outside and take a breather until he finds me again.

"Jesse seriously please leave." I say.

"No not until I get what I want." Jesse responds.

"Then what do you want?" I ask.

"I want you, I want you to come back to me." He says.

"No, I have a boyfriend. I've moved on Jesse and so should you." I say.

"To bad that I don't care what you say. I always get what I want." He says and takes a step closer to me.

"Don't get any closer." I say scared at what he might do.

"What happens if I do?" He says and tries to grab my arms.

I screamed and kicked him on his leg missing the spot I was hopefully trying to get, but still had the same effect. He groans in pain and I turn around and begin to run.

I'm running and running as fast as I could and little did I know, I was running into a forest.

I can hear Jesse catching up to me and I'm getting more scared.

As I'm running I see a body figure and decide to scream so they can see that I'm here.

"HELP." I scream as loud as I can, the person turns around and screams something back but I couldn't hear with my feet stomping on the ground with the leaves crunching and my heavy breathing.

"Please help, someone's chasing me!" I scream as I get closer.

I can't recognize the persons face because they have a hoodie on and it's dark.

As I get to the person I finally realize it's Finn. I am filled with relief as I run into his arms.

"Rach, is everything okay?" He says.

At this point I'm crying.

"Jesse showed up at the party and I told him to leave he's trying to hurt me so I can ran here and he's chasing me." I say fast, and heavy breathing.

He hugs me and says, "Its okay, he's not going to touch you."

"I knew you couldn't run forever." Jesse says once he finally catches up to me.

"Leave her alone." Finn says while pushing me behind him. His voice was deep and scary, something that I never heard before from him. When he spoke to me, he always had a gentle soft voice, it's like he was a completely different person.

Peering over his shoulder was hard to do since of the height difference, but as I did Jesse was slowly making his way over towards us. "Oh come on, that's not fair, I had her first." He said in a very frosty tone.

That seemed to get Finn very mad, I felt him tense up and ball his fist. I touched his shoulder so he calms down a little because I knew if Jesse and Finn would fight, Jesse would get killed. Jesse was about a half a foot shorter then Finn.

"How does that make you feel Hudson? Knowing that I was in her, giving her the best night of her life? Hearing her moan so loud—" Finn cut him off before Jesse can say anymore. Finn was mad and lunged toward Jesse and caught him off guard. He hit Jesse right in the face and tackled him to the ground, punching him like crazy.

"Finn stop! Lets just go okay?" I say trying to pull him off of Jesse. 

But as I try and get Finn off of him, Jesse pushes me and tries to hit me, which clearly pissed Finn off even more if that was even possible. At this point, I was mad at Jesse myself and let Finn beat the crap out of him.

After a while, I finally pull Finn off and say he's had enough. Finn gets up and walks right next to me, both of us looking down to where Jesse was curled up into a ball holding his stomach.

"Don't you ever speak about her like that ever again, she's mine now. After tonight, you're a ghost. You disappear from her life forever." Finn says while brushing off his jacket.

As Finn was saying that I realized how much I liked him, knowing he can protect me from anyone made me feel even safer with him by my side. When I first met Finn he was a annoying asshole that I couldn't stand. But now, he is my annoying asshole and i'm never gonna let go of him.

After Finn was done talking to Jesse it was my turn. "I told you shouldn't have come." I said smirking at Jesse while walking towards him.

"I never want to see your face ever again, I'm glad I left and that you broke up with me because I never realized how bad of a boyfriend you were, I hate you Jesse and if I could take the night I gave you the most important thing of mine back, believe me I would." I added. After I was done with my little speech, I kicked right in the stomach making him groan in the process.

Finn and I make our way back to the party but when we were almost there, Finn stops and steps right in front of me. "I want to now that  I don't care about what you and him did." He says shyly. When I looked into his eyes, I can see that he really did care about me and it made my stomach twirl, I cupped his face into my hands and stared into his eyes.

"I wish I could take it back, it meant nothing to me because deep down I knew Jesse wasn't the one for me." I say truly meaning what I said.

His eyes lit up when I had say that, being with Finn made me realize what it actually means to be in a real relationship. This moment was so perfect that I could stay like this forever, I tiptoed and kissed him. This wasn't just a normal kiss, it was filled with passion.  It felt like it lasted such a long time and I never wanted it to end but sadly it lasted only a few seconds.

"Come on, its kinda getting cold out here." Finn says breaking the comfortable silence.

We walk back into the party and no one had seem to notice that me and Finn had left or maybe they thought we went to do something else. It didn't take long for me and Finn to get back into a party mood. We finished the night great and it was like the Jesse incident never even happened. Some people had stayed the night and we watched movies and ate food, sooner or later everyone had fell asleep.
