Chapter 10

It's been a week, one full week since I kissed Finn Hudson. We have not spoken to each other since then.

It's really hard to avoid him when he sits next to me in all the classes we have together and we walk past each other every passing period.

I sometimes see him staring at me, and the other times when he's not looking at me, I'm looking at him.

I still can't believe i did that. And i have to admit I kinda liked it. I wonder if he liked it. But I guess we'll never know, he will never speak to me again, and I don't plan on speaking to him either.

Today Im trying out for glee club. I haven't gotten the chance to because of Finn and Quinn but since there out of my way, I might as well.

I walk into the choir room, and see everyone talking and enjoying themselves. Kurt sees me and waves me over.

"So does this mean your trying out?" He says excited.

I nod and he squeals.

"Finally! I've been waiting for this for like ever!" He says.

I sit down and join in the conversation. Then the teacher from my Spanish class walks in and seems happy.

"Okay guys, anybody have anything they wanna sing?" He asks.

"Mr. Schue, this is Rachel. She would like to tryout for glee club." Kurt says.

"Okay, Rachel. Come on up." Mr schue says sitting down on a stool.

I walk into the middle of the room and get nervous.

"Um, hi I'm Rachel as you all know. I will be singing Jar of Hearts by Christina Perry." I say.

"I love that song!" Tina says.

I smile and then the piano man begins to play.

I finish the song a little teary eyed. I never knew how much I relate to this song.

Everyone is silent, was I really that bad?

I look up and see everyone with shocked expressions.

"That was AMAZING!!" Kurt says then everyone joins in after. The all begin to clap and cheer.

"Well that was amazing Rachel, welcome to glee club." Mr. Schue says.

Don't kill me, I'm trying to update but every time I try, I either have school stuff to do, or quince practice, or soccer practice!

I will try and update more on the weekends, that's the only time I have off.
