I open my eyes slowly, I felt cool metal on my wrists. My vision is blurred but I could just make out a figure standing not too far in front of me. I spit out blood that had pooled into my mouth. I hear someone come up behind me, I couldn't move the chains on my arms kept me from moving. I feel a hand go up my bare back I tense up at the sudden feeling of a touch. The person laughs. It was a cold heartless laugh. I smirk at the thought of me, humanity's strongest in this situation. "What are you smiling about!" the man in front of me punches my in the face. I feel my jaw crack the sound was sickening. My vision was even worse not with blood running down my face when did I become so weak...Erwin. My eyes widen when I hear a voice, one so familiar yell across the room. "E-Erwin?" I say. The man behind me holds a knife to my throat while the one who was in front of me stands between Erwin and I. "Welcome, Commander." the man bows in something he thinks is respect. Erwin looks to me, I see the flame in his eyes he doesn't move but, he does look at me. His pale blue eyes piercing my heart. The knife came closer to my neck. "Commander you are just in time for the show please sit down." I watch as Erwin breaks eye contact with me and sits in front of me about 2 meters away. "Now, GENTLEMEN ENJOY OUR CAPTAIN, Humanity's strongest under our control." I look down. I can't look at Erwin in the eyes, I am not strong enough to be beside him. The man behind me stabs me with a needle with his free hand. I feel my body become hot and limp, my breathing heavy. Erwin was looking at me becoming more and more angry. "Wh-what did you do?" I say looking at the man in front of me. He just smiles. I hear a crack of a whip behind me. My eyes widen in pain as it hit my back. Erwin closes his eyes. "Now now commander open your eyes." I bring my head down as the whip hits me, again, and again, and again. At the last whip I whimper, the pain is 10x worse than normal. Erwin was shaking with anger. "AND NO-" He was cut off by Erwin slamming his hands down "ENOUGH! NOW HANJI!!" My eyes widen as scouts come through the roof their blade up as the kill the man in charge. The man who was whipping me stabs me again with a syringe. I cry out for the pain was unbearable. Erwin runs over and shoots the man behind me. Hanji comes over and undoes my chains. I fall. Erwin catches me, blood staining his white dress shirt as he puts his coat around me. The open wounds on my back sting, I open my eyes to see Erwin. His eyes now full of worry. I smirk, the world was becoming darker and my head was spinning, so I'm not sure what he told me there as I pass out.
