chapter 18: The Bruise

Johnathan's pov:

Twenty minutes later, we finally arrived at a small house. When did they get a house? Lilith stopped and let us off. She looked tired. "Go ahead and get some sleep. You served me well today, I'm proud." I say softly strong. She stood proudly before she bowed and vanished. "Awesome! And uh it's a rental house." Mini said walking up to the front door. I grunted a little before I walked behind him. Mini opened the door and I quickly pushed him out of the way as an arrow flew past. Mini panted looking at me confused. I look back in the house to see two guys fighting. "How did- but you just- hold on." Craig stuttered.I shook my head and picked him up, walking in the house. "Well, you almost killed your partner. That's a great start of friendship." I said sarcastically. Immediately they stop shouting and stared at me. I tilted my head a bit. "Hm. Not the right Battle plan to settle on or is this just relationship problems, Nogla, Lui." They cleared they're throats and looked away blushing. "Shut the fuck up Delirious." Lui said annoyed. I smirked. I opened my mouth to say something but was cut off. "Mask kid is back!" I glared at Tyler. "And he's about to leave." I say as I turn around. Mini quickly grabbed my side to stop me but I hissed in pain and pushed away his hand. "Damn. I forgot the reason why I was here in the first place." I mumbled. "Oh my God Delirious I'm so sorry." Mini said quickly. I shook my head. Nah it's fine. Mini turned to Lui. When I looked up I noticed everyone was crowded around the door space and staring at me weirdly. "Lui, you think you can look at this bruise if his?" Craig asked. Once I locked eyes with Evan, he seemed more alert and smiled slightly. I instantly looked away and to the ground, feeling someone pull my arm and lead me somewhere. I looked up to see  Lui walking me into a room with a metal bed. He pointed to it and grabbed a medical box. I went and hopped on the bed and slightly swung my feet.  He checked my breathing and blood pressure, and looked into my eyes. "Everything seems okay so far. Can you show me the bruise?" Lui asked politely and caringly. Hehe, he's like a worried mom. I nodded and lifted my shirt to my side. Lui's eyes went wide and he quickly grabbed a spray can. "How long have you had this bruise Delirious?!" He shook the can rapidly. "Uhh... I don't know... A day? Its just a nasty bruise I somehow got." I answered. I tilted my head slightly. "What's with the-" Before I could finish I screamed in pain as he sprayed whatever was in that retched bottle on my side. I hopped down and hobbled away from him. "What the hell did you spray on me?!" I yelled angrily as my health bar went down to 50%. His face was laced in worry. "Disinfectant. Delirious its infected, let me help you or I will call back up." I shook my head holding my side. No way is this b!tch is making me do a suicide mission. Lui's face became hardened and his eyes blacken. "Delirious, we either do this the easy way or the hard way." I glared at him before shaking my head. I will not let this squeaker b!tch talk me down. "I rather let it be infected then you put that stuff on me." "Nogla get in here please." I quickly glanced at the door being opened and closed before backing up a bit more. "I need him pinned long enough for me to heal his bruise. If I don't heal it now it will get infected and his character will slowly die." Nogla nodded in understanding. "Del if you come here we can put some numb cream on it and then spray it.""What do you think i am, a big baby?!" I argued, offended he would ask me to take the easy way out. "Well that's what it seems like since you've cornered yourself so we can keep you there." He said smugly. "What?" I looked to see that I have cornered myself. Good goin' dumbass. What do you want me to do, give up? Well if you weren't being a stubborn baby about a little pain, then this wouldn't have happend.  I felt a sudden wave of air on my body as I stick to the wall. I struggle to get free, grunting and yelping. Why aren't you helping? We could get out of this easily! Because this is a lesson you obviously need to learn. I look up to see Nogla holding me there, his eyes a brilliant green. Lui quickly came up to me with the spray and bandages. As Lui applied the medical stuff I tried to fight back with all of my strength. But I noticed, the more I fought back, the more the tiredness came. Lui noticed it too and sighed. I stopped fighting Lui and Nogla and started fighting myself. I shook my head and linked hard. Once Lui was done he held out his arms. Before my mind could register what was happening, I was being hugged and held up. I could hear Lui talking, but it was like he was under water. Then I heard what sounded like a yelp. I shake my head to clear my mind but the blackness swallowed my vision. The last this I could remember was something soft and warm.

Lui's P.O.V:

I caught Delirious as he fell into my arms. "Don't fight it, just sleep. Everything's gonna be fi-" I jumped when Nogla yelped and slightly bumped into me. I looked behind me to see a giant white tigress. She looked around he room. Her eyes locked finally locked on to me. No wait, not me, Delirious. She growled and disappeared. I held delirious close. I flew back and into wall as Del was torn from my arms. Nogla ran to my side as I watched the tiger lick and whine to Del. My eyes glazed over for second as I searched the system. "Hey! Lui! Are ye' alright?!" I blinked and looked at him. "Dude. No way." Nogla looked me concerned, glancing at the giant cat. "What?" I looked at the tiger confused and suspiciously. "She's not even released yet!! How did Delirious get her?" I looked back at Nogla to see him slightly in front of me, as if he's protecting me. My heart skipped a beat at the thought. "Huh. I have no clue, but we need Mini." I hummed in agreement. "Mini?! I think you need to see this!" I yelled out super loudly. Mini bust open the door with the guys behind him. "Why, what's wron-oh shît." He immediately sighed and walked to the tiger. "Mini? What the hell are ya doin?!" Tyler whisper yells, afraid he might startle the tiger. The tiger turned around, growling at him for a second. "Lilith, hey it's me. Mini Ladd? The old friend that Delirious-" she growled a little louder. "That King Delirious said not to kill?" He huffed a little then sat down next to his body as Mini came up to...'Lilith' and kneeled. I looked around to see everybody was just as confused as I was. "May I check and see if he's alright?" She barely tilted her head towards Jonathan's body, before glaring at me. I chuckled nervously waving. Mini walked up to Delirious and checked him and he sighed. "They only fixed his side. He was getting worse by the minute! Del- I mean, King Delirious was injured and was in a lot of pain. But to help ease his pain and fixed his side they needed to put ointment on him. But King Delirious was being stubborn and he made it hurt him and he passed out from causing himself to mush pain." Craig. Seemed to explain to Lilith as if she understood what he was sayiwng. (WW WwDwdWwww Sr. eDWRwwwww wwww.... So I fell asleep on accident and woke up the next day to that being typed xD ) clearly the tigress wasn't wasn't going to leave and she clearly didn't like us at the moment. I glanced at Evan as he glanced at me. He cleared his throat. "Well, let's leave these three alone." At that, everyone slowly walked out. Evan hesitated before I gave him a look. After shutting the door, we all walked to the living room. Evan paced the floor as we all kept our thoughts to ourselves. This little 'visit', seems to be more of a stay. Interesting...

I go on to fast because I get excited about the thought on what that chapter is gonna be and it will end up terrible and confusing. Also I'm sorry I can't upload a lot of what I used to.
