??? POV

I had just gotten off the ship as I had arrived in Menagerie. It was a land mass where all the faunas lived and were at peace. Here they could live without fear and worry, away from all the hatred and subjugation of others. Me, I'm a human who sees faunas as equals. They're still people in my eyes, and I know that others think that as well. I came here to drop something off and head towards the second half of the ship. I had new gear on as I got off the ship and onto the docks.

I was in a new pilot uniform with the cloak ability, and nobody would recognize me because of it. I wanted to stay hidden until the time was right. I didn't know when that was, but I had a feeling it would be soon. After looking around the shops and the town a bit, I decided I'd finish what I came here to do. After getting to the top of the hill, I started walking down it with a package in my hand. I had reached the font door of a large house in which I assumed was Blake's. After using the large knocker, a woman answered the door and greeted me with a friendly smile. "Oh, hello there." She said with a smile.

"Hi, I'm here to drop off a package for Blake Belladonna." I said as her ears perked up.

"Oh my, I didn't know that my daughter was receiving anything." She said she looked back at me. "Oh, where are my manners, I'm Kali Belladonna. I'm Blake's mother." She said with a bow.

"Nice to meet you Mrs. Belladonna, I'm Alex." I told her as she looked at me with surprise.

"As in Alexander Ryan?!" She said with a bit of surprise.

"That's me." I told her as she peeked up.

"So your the one that Blake has talked so much about." She said as I looked at her with surprise.

"S-She talked about me before?" I asked as she nodded her head.

"Yes indeed. She's always saying how wonderful you are and how caring you can be. She even said that you stole her heart." She said as she chuckles a bit at the last part. I felt a little embarrassed at that, though.

"Wow, that's a bit embarrassing." I said as she looked at me confused.

"Why's that?" She asked as she looked a bit confused.

"I'm just not used to being praised. I'm used to being normal, you know, just in the background and always going about my day as if it were the same." I said as she gave me a sincere smile.

"There's no need to worry about that Alex, and besides, I'm sure you've made Blake very happy." She said with a smile.

"Yeah, I'm sure I did." I said as I pulled out a picture of the two of us. "Well, I better be going. Here's the package." I said as I handed her the package.

"Oh, aren't you coming inside?" She asked as I shook my head.

"No, I've got somewhere I need to be." I said as she looked down. "Hey, if Blake ever shows up, just tell her that the package is from someone close." I said as she smiled once more.

"Alright, but tell me, where are you heading?" She asked as I started to walk away.

"To the crashed back half of the ship in the desert." I said as I walked off. After that I made my way towards the desert, towards the back half of the ship and into a new adventure.
