Alex POV
I had just woken up in my dorm room. All I remembered before passing out was the 'events' that happened with Blake. As I got up I saw Blake sitting in the chair resting. After I got into my uniform, I went outside and started walking back towards the tournament grounds. After a while of walking, I got a text from Ozpin on my scroll.
Come to my office asap, there is someone here to see you.
-Ozpin
After I finished reading the text, I went to the elevator and pressed the top floor button and went to the top of the building. After arriving, I saw Ms. Goodwitch, Professor Ozpin, and Winter Schnee all in the room. I even saw two others I didn't know about. "You wanted to see me, sir?" I asked as I took a seat.

"Yes, well, my friend General Ironwood would like to talk to you, that is." He said as General Ironwood walked over to me. I stood up to greet the man as he stopped four feet away.

"So, your the super soldier I keep hearing about?" He asked as I kept my composure.

"That's me, sir." I said as he looked me over.

"Can you tell me this, then. How is it two military grade Paladins are unable to beat one Titan?" He asked calmly.

"That's simple. They lacked teamwork with their Paladins. All they see a Paladin as is a tool of war, something without a soul or a brain. It more complicated then they think. A Titan isn't just a weapon, it's a sentient being that can think on their own, however, without a pilot to establish a neural link with, their only half of a brain. A Titan isn't a Titan without a pilot, and a pilot isn't a pilot without a Titan. That sum it up?" I said as he looked at me astonished by all the information I had just told him. Ozpin just smiled at Ironwood as he looked at him.

"I told you General, Alex and HE are special. You can't have one without the other." He said as Ironwood regained his composure.

"I see your point. Anyways, how long have you and HE been bonded by the neural link?" He asked me as I thought it over.

"Ever since I was seven years old, sir." I said as he and Winter both looked at me with shock.

"That's pretty impressive for someone like you, kid." The man with the flask chimed in as I looked over at him.

"Thanks, by the way, who are you again?" I asked as he stood up.

"Qrow, nice to meet ya." He said as he held out his hand.

"Nice to meet you, too." I said as I shook his hand. "I'm..."

"Alexander Ryan, I know, Oz told us." He said as he pointed his thumb at Ozpin.

"Anyways Alex, is there anything you can tell us about the IMC and The Militia just invade we run into them." He said as everyone looked at me.

"Well, for starters, The Militia are the only ones with Vanguard Class Titans, like HE. Also, the Militia didn't exactly make the Stryder, Atlas, or Ogre Class Titans. Those were stolen from the IMC." I said as everyone looked at me with a bit of surprise. "What, when your a rebel splinter group you kinda have to steal stuff from the government that wants to rule the whole galaxy with an iron fist." I said as Qrow wasn't that surprised.

"Makes sense."

"See, he gets me. Anyways, the Vanguard Class was the first ever Titan Chassis built by the Militia without having to steal it."

"So the Vanguard is an original design?" Winter asked as she looked at me.

"That's right. The IMC doesn't have Vanguard Class Titans, so it's easy to tell if their IMC or Militia. Also, standard IMC uniforms and Titans have a default color of White, Grey, and Black. Us Militia, however, use different colors to tell who's who on the battlefield. Militia soldiers also used to be civilian soldiers who volunteered to fight, now that we're an actual military we can recruit people instead of being on the run and searching for volunteers and defectors." I said as everyone looked at me.

"So, some IMC soldiers defected from their higher ups?" Ironwood asked as he looked at me.

"That's right, and we're always getting more and more defectors." I said as everyone looked at each other than back at me.

"So, what else can you tell us?" Ozpin said as they all looked at me.

"A lot, actually."

//Timeskip brought to you by Chibi Alex taming a Beowulf//

I was in the forever fall forest looking at the trees and the leaves. It's places like this that make me realize how peaceful it is on this planet. That's when I saw an Beowulf come out from the trees. The bone armor didn't scare me since I've looked Death in the eye several time. As the Beowulf charged at me, I remained still. Once it was close enough, I tripped it and made it lose balance as I pinned it to the ground. As it thrashed around, I kept on it as it finally calmed down. I looked at it and saw that it had a scar from a bullet, but not just any bullet, one of my bullets. As I got off it, it began to slowly stand up. As I reached my hand out to it, it moved back a bit but eventually moved forward as my hand made contact with its head. I could feel it's fear, but with the simple touch of my hand, it was at peace. It's for soon turned white as it rolled over, so I decided to pet it. It looked like it was enjoying itself since it's tongue was out and it's tail was wagging. This made me feel happy on the inside. As it rolled back over, it sat down. I soon pulled some things out of my bag and made a large collar for him. The reason I knew this was because he has a different pattern on his head mask. As I put the collar on him, I got out a small piece of metal that resembled that of a SRS Helmet with the words lucky on it. I placed the dog tag on him as he shook his head a bit, making the dog tag cling and clang a bit. I smiled under my helmet as I felt someone behind me. As I stood up, I turned around to see Blake. "Hey." I said as she got closer.

"Hey." She said with a blush on her face. "So, why are you all the way out here?"

"Honest answer, peace and quiet." I said as she looked at Lucky.

"So who's this?" She said as she looked at the dog tag.

"Oh, that's Lucky. He's actually a Beowulf that I managed to tame." I said as she got a closer look at him.

"That's really cool, actually." She said as she stuck her hand out and patted his head. "Anyways, I need to get going. I see ya later honey." She said as she did the same thing as she did before I passed out. That made me blush as Lucky looked at me with a grin. All I could do was pet his head as we walked back to Beacon.
