Mal's POVI woke up in a dark room, confused, where the hell am I?
I stood up from my sitting position to see myself in a room that is too dark to see, only a spotlight was on me, shining really bright in the darkness.
"What the?" I said, my voice echoing the room.
"That, my sweet, is nothing compared to what's about to happen"
I turned around to see a familiar face, I felt a smile grow on my face.
"What- why are we here?" I asked her, confused.
She chuckled.
"Sweetheart, don't you remember?" She said and then chuckled "Actually, we won't remember"
I looked at her confused.
"What is seriously going on fairy godmother?" I demanded.
She smiled sadly.
"For every villain kid at the age of 18-"
"-Gets revealed their destiny" I continued, realising this is a dream.
I saw a bit of my hair fall onto my face and I realise it's purple, like it used to be.
I grabbed it, shocked.
"My hair isn't purple anymore, why is it here?" I asked the fairy godmother.
"You are your true self in your dream state" she said, motioning to myself "You should see the rest of you"
I looked down and literally jumped in surprise.
I am in my Isle clothes from before I came to Auradon and my hair is the same too apart from that it's longer, which I'm actually glad of, it's better than dresses and my new hair style.
I looked at Fairy godmother with happiness, I'm back!
"Don't you like your other appearance?" She asked.
I sighed sadly.
"Because Ben banned us from using magic, my powers are...fading" I said, tears falling down my cheeks "And since magic is who I am I am also slowly fading, that's why my hair's turning blonde and they think dyed it"
She nodded.
"It was cruel for Ben to ban something so important to you" she said "You are different from the other villain kids that came to Auradon, they have moved on from their old ways but you haven't. They will get their parents for their fate dream while you got me, which is strange in a way"
I looked down and sighed.
It's time.
"So...what is my destiny?" I asked her, slightly scared.
I don't really want to be evil but I don't want to be a princess in big puffy pink dresses.
She sighed sadly.
"Are you sure?" She asked.
I nodded bravely.
I'm more scared now than I've ever been.Suddenly she starts to glow a light blue, making her float, making me jump back. "Your Destiny is mixed with lies and betrayal, making you turn to the only person you've looked up to in your life, making you feel the best you can" she started in a soft but demanding tone, making me widen my eyes.
"Who's going to betray me?" I asked, making her shake her head.
"I cannot-"
"Technically you can since none of us will remember this" I answered back, putting my hands on my hips, feeling the familiar leather under my fingers. I smiled as she sighed with defeated.
"The people who love you the most, but the greatest of them all is your Isle-turned-Auradon friends and your current lover" she answered in the same voice as before.
I gasped.
"Ben and the others? What will they do?" I asked.
"Betray you in the worst way possible that I can not look into" she answered "Even the highest of the fates do not know, all they know is that it is very soon and they will pay the price by your hand many moons later"
"So...I'll be evil again?" I asked, a slight smirk appearing on my face.
Fariy godmother sighed, floating back to the ground and stopped glowing. "Yes, I am afraid" she answered, her normal voice back.
I did a mini celebration in my head but didn't show it.
"Would I be like my mother?" I asked, scared.
I want to be evil yes, but I don't want to be like my mother.
"Why is that, may I ask?" She asked, concerned.
"If I do get to be evil I want to know if I'm individual, not be Iike anyone else" I answered sighly.
"You are not your parents" she said, making me freeze "That is what Ben has told you many times yes? He thought you would take it as being good but it could be taken in a way where you could be a different kind of wicked"
I looked at her confused.
"You said 'wicked' not 'evil'" I said, making her laugh.
"You noticed" she said "You will become the mistress of wicked, not evil...but the fates say that keeps on changing between them"
I gasped.
"Thats-"
"-barbaric I know" she answered, making me frown and narrow my eyes.
"I actually don't really care, its better than be being something I'm not for the rest of my life" I snapped.
She looked at me, shocked.
"I thought you would have passed this" she said in a stern voice.
I widen my eyes in shock.
"I will not give up the one this that makes me sane" I growled "My powers make me who I am and if Ben doesn't see that then he..." I stopped "...doesn't love me for who I am"
"Mal, he does-"
"IF HE DOESN'T LIKE MY TYPE OF FUN THEN HE CAN GO AND FU-"
"Language Mal!" She exclaimed, cutting me off.
I rolled my eyes.
"I can say what I want, I have no reason not to, I control my own path. You might tell me these things but it is my decision either to accept it or ignore it and make my own journey to live my fullest life" I said, angering her.
"How-"
"-Dare I?" I asked, crossing my arms annoyed "How dare you? How dare this stupid law that lets us see our destiny and make us forget. We should have never have been told in the first place!!! This is probably why the villains became villains in the first place!!!"
She death glared me in silence.
"I would like to wake up now" I said sternly.
She sighed and nodded.
"Good thing you won't remember" she muttered.
I smirked.
"We remember for 10 seconds when we wake up and I happen to have a notepad under my pillow" I said as my vision blacked out.
