Dove's POV I sighed as I watched 'It'...the old version is scary but I've seen it so many times that I'm got used to it. I touched my now blonde hair which is an a messy bun. I looked down and noticed I was wearing Ben's top I stole, his white one and wearing my really comfortable tracksuit pants with ugg boots. I heard a knock on the door. Assuming it was Harry, I paused the movie and opened the door to see a pissed off Ben. "Hey Mitch" I said. "Don't 'say Mitch' me MAL" he said. I looked at him confused... "What?" I asked. He pushed past me and I closed the door. He crossed his arms and had the most cutest annoyed face ever. "You're accusing me of something I'm not?" I asked, crossing my arms too. "I know its you, Jane-" "So you're believing Jane over me?" I asked sadly. I know he knows...but I'm not ready.
"Yes, because I saw you transform into Mal with Joey!" He said. Of course they spied on my talk with Joey, lucky they didn't find out his secret! 'Joey, need help, Ben interrogating me' I mind messaged, hoping to get to him. "So?" I asked "It could have been a trick in-" "Stop denying it Mal" Ben said, holding my arms. I looked away from him. He pulled my face with his fingers under my chin to face his, his brown eyes watering. "Please" he whispered, leading in for a kiss. I pushed away and walked to the other side of the room. "It's hard to adjust you know" I said. "What?" He asked. "Lifestyle" I answered "I lived on a farm cleaning sheep shit to acting every day" "We both know that's not true" he said "You're making this hard on both of us; Auradon needs you Mal, I need you" I stayed quiet. If I say I'm Mal, no more acting and return to being judged by everyone. "Mal" "STOP CALLING ME THAT!" I snapped,making him jump (I felt it on the floor). I can feel my eyes glowing green.
I heard the door smash open, making both of us turn. "Who's dying?" Joey asked dramatically, making me laugh. He looked at me and in an second he hugged me. "I can't do this" I whispered. "Baby, it's fine" Joey said "Your fine" "Are you two together?" Ben asked. I let go of Joey. "He is like a brother to me" I answered "An annoying one at that" "But handsome though" Joey said, making me smack him on the arm "Ow" Ben chuckled. "How long have you known each other for?" Ben asked. "Um..." I asked "since 'Liv and Maddie'" "Lier" I turned around to see Harry. All no. I stood in front of Joey protectively. "Don't you dare" I said. "IS IT TRUE!" Harry yelled, with a familiar insane look in his eye. "About what?" Ben asked. "Exactly Harry, about what?" I asked sweetly. "Don't be AK nice with me Mal, is he really alive?" Harry growled. I flinched. "It's fine" Joey whispered "I can talk" "No" I whispered back, "I will" "You might need to narrow it down" I asked, smirking. "Mal..." Harry growled. "Wait...so it is true that you're-" Ben whispered. "You're like 5 minutes behind us Ben, keep up" I snapped and then looked Harry in the eye "What the hell are you talking about?" "Celeste" Harry said. "Well did you see the body?" I asked coldly. "No" Harry said. "You're clueless wanna be" Joey said behind me smirking "I'm sure you have a little too much fish bait in your brain" "Celeste!" Harry whispered, tears falling down his face. I stepped out the way so the brothers can reunite in hugs and tears. I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms. "So you are Mal?" Ben asked. "YES!" I snapped, annoyed "Okay, I am but at the moment I'm Dove Cameron and rather be Dove Cameron than be the girl who's always judged!" "You're not" Ben said, stepping towards me. "Evie talks shit behind my back" I said " Jay spreads the rumours around the school about me while Carlos...is Carlos, trying to be nice but goes behind his word" "How do you-" "Know?" I asked "When they started hanging out with Audrey and rumours starting spreading that is only minor true and those two were the only ones there" "A-" "All of Auradon talks about me too because of my mother!" I snapped "I might as well be my mother at this rate!" "Don't think like that!" Ben said, "You're way better than your mother" "You want to know my destiny Ben?" I asked "I am meant to destroy Auradon and become the mistress of wickedness...and kill you" Ben froze as well as the others. "Now you know why I left?" I said, tears falling down my face "I didn't want that to come true, even though you hurt me with Elizabeth and then Crystal...but you can't change fate" If I lie to them, making them believe my old fate is my real fate...then they can stay away from me and I can continue my life as Dove Cameron. "Dove..." Joey whispered "You can change fate, yours isn't written in the stars" I laughed. "Don't talk that type of shit with me hooky, I know that" I snapped. He looked at me confused. "Is is about that stupid dream thing?" Joey asked, making me nod. He groaned. "Because of my glamour charm i have on I remembered mine" He said, shocking all of us "Mine was done by my father, even though I knew he would forget me I hugged him anyway...the same with you Harry" "Wait...we were together?" Harry asked. "Yes, I assume because we are apart of a triplet we will be together" Joey said "Anway, I can't remember Harry's because it is his own but I remember mine; father said 'You'll find what you have missed, one will discover by a curse while the other discover through thought. Your life will fit into place and only go crazy around one person. Your true lover is somewhere, and all you have to do is look. You also have a soulmate, which is closer than you think'" "I'm the one who found out with the curse" I said. "And I'm the one who found out with thought" Harry said. "Do you know who your lover and your soul mate is?" Ben asked. "I think I may know but I'm not sure" Joey said, "I definitely know the soul mate though and they know it to" I nodded. "I think I know too" I said, smirking.
Suddenly,in a flash my appearance changed. ...in my VK form I showed Joey yesterday. "What the-" Ben started. "What in Goblins name?" I asked. "That's weird" Joey said. "It's only what she is darling" I turned around and saw my mother... ...its not like I haven't seen around as Kristain Chenoweth. "Hey mother" I said causally "Like the look?" "It's grand darling" mother said. "What are you doing here?" Ben asked. "Seeing my daughter of course!" My mother said, hugging me from behind "I know when she's feeling...uneasy" I freeze. "We're connected whenever you like it or not" my mother said. She pulled me out of the hug to face her. "Now, show me your eyes" she said. "Don't hurt her!" Ben exclaimed. "She's not going to" Joey said.
I showed her my eyes, making her gasp. "Honey, you know you eyes are a shade of fern?" She told me. "Um...what?" I asked. "And that's important because?" Harry asked. "My eyes are meant to be emerald" I answered swiftly. "So?" Harry asked, annoyed. Opps, forgot he hates my mother. "Pumpkin" my mother said with worry in her eyes "Are you really okay?" I think I am...
I just want a normal life and then the others destroy it for me! I just want to let go of the haters, who hated or judged me because of my mother. Yes, she's evil but she had a reason for it and it was Stefan's fault! Everyone says the villains did it on their own but they didn't, the so cool 'good guys' did terrible things and blamed it on the villains, who were only standing up for themselves. Stefan cut off my mum's wings for crying out loud, and that would have hurt.
"I'm fine" I answered. My mother rose her eyebrow. "Really?" She asked. "Yes!" I said. She glared at me. "I am fine!" I snapped. "Mal" Joey said. I crossed my arms. "Tell us the truth!" Ben said. I heard them talking to me, but I blocked them out.
I am seriously fine! I'm just annoyed with the 'good guys'! ...and trying to protect Auradon from me. I closed my eyes as I saw all of my close friends and family come around me, looking at me with concern
"I wouldn't hold my breath if I was you, You may forget, but I'll never forgive you. Don't you know, don't you know? True friends stab you in the front" I sung.
I opened my eyes and laughed at their reactions. "I am seriously fine" I answered "Maybe it's because I used dark magic with my fairy magic and I'm still recovering" They all still looked at me with shock. "I'm not going to stay in a place where I'm going to be judged" I answered and teleported off, leaving them still frozen in shock.
