Chapter 10: recording

Dove's POV
I quickly rushed into the entrance of the studio to see Clair laughing at me.
"They're in recording studio 1" Clair, the receptionist said.
I smiled.
"Thanks" I said and went into the hallway on the right and went to the first door on the right to see a magnificent recording studio and Mitch and the other boys on the mics, finishing up on a song.
"Good job; 'Did I mention is' as well as 'Be our Guest' done!" Kenny said.
"Sorry I'm late" I said, making everyone look at me "I got caught up"
"It's fine, we'll do 'Rotten to the core' now" Kenny said, making me widen my eyes.
"Okay" I said.
I went into the recording room with Sofia while the other boys left apart from Carlos and J- I mean 'Cameron' and 'Booboo'.
"Lets do this" I said looking at the lyrics.
"I swear if the song sounds the same" Booboo muttered to Cameron.
I laugh.
"Lets get started!" I said, cuing the music.
The others widen their eyes; haha, this is why you don't let me create the music!

Mitch and the others clapped as we did the song first go.
"First go!" I said, "Good job guys!"
"So now what?" Sofia asked.
Kenny looked down at his paper in his hand.
"We have 'Evil like me' with Dove and Kristain, 'If only' normal and reprise Dove has to do and 'Set it off'" Kenny said "Sofia has agreed to cover 'Rotten to the core', Shawn Mendes said he's created a song called 'believe' for the movie, as well as two tracks that will be in the tv sho-"
"Wait, tv show?" Cameron asked.
"An animated one" Kenny said "Don't worry, all you have to do is a voice over"
"Cool" Cameron said.
I nod.
"So.." I said "What song next?"
"I'm here!" Kris- I mean mother said as she came in.
I rolled my eyes.
"We can do 'Evil like me'" Kenny said "And then 'Set it off', 'Rotten to the core' cover and then the two 'If Only' which I need to still work on"
"Cool" I said as the others got out the room and my mother came in.
"Do we say the dialogue?" I asked.
"You can if you want to but it won't be recorded" Kenny said "You don't have dialogue anyway"
I blushed.
"Sorry" I muttered.
The music started, making me sigh and bring back memories.
