Brad seems like he sleeps forever. He hasn't even found the rouge yet! The loud snores thumped around the house along with him tossing and turning. Tank growled and stashed her head under Chico, probably to lock out the noise. With each and every snore sound I was getting more and more annoyed , my jaw ticked as my fists clenched at my side. He turned over one more time in his bed and made another snore sound. "Wake up!" I roared at the top of my lungs, hearing a audible thump I snickered to myself. "Mia," I heard Brad groan, like something had stung Tank she bolted up the stairs and a second later I heard the labored breathing and tail wagging upstairs. "Ta," I heard him try and roll over, "T-t-tank!" I heard him stutter probably trying to push her away.

"No use Brad baby!" I snickered but shut up as I relized I had just called him baby. Oh well, I meant nothing of it. I shrugged grabbing a gronola bar and heading out the door to Whiskey.I opened up the red and white barn door to be greated by neighs. "Oh thank you horses, I love you too!" I chuckled as I pulled out the grain and hay giving them equal amounts. They will get pelets when it turns dusk. I opened up Whiskey's stall gate and clipped her halter up to the cross ties. She streeched her neck out and shook her mane around giving me soft sounds. "We are going on a run today." I stated as I groomed Whiskey to were she was shinny, her golden fur reflecting the sun that you could get from outside.I picked up my hoof pick and trailed my hand down her leg till I could get her ending of the foot, I squeezed it and lifted it before scrapping out all the rocks and dirt with ease. She bent her head and tried to nibble on my hair. I put her hoof down gently and pushed her head away laughing. I did this three more times without the hair nibbling.

I ran to to tack room and grabbed a white saddle pad with western reins and a saddle. I grinned as I looked at it, it was a good tack set on her coat fur probably.I carried it haunched over at the amount of weight of it all in my arms, wow! How does a horse actually carry this on their back with a human?I find it hard to even carry without haunching over.Well I did already do that exept I have more strength than most horses. I finally got to Whiskey really slowly and heaved the saddle ontop of her and leaned on her catching my breath. "Whiskey thats so heavy!" I whinned to her before strapping on the girth and trying to put on the bridle. I had to put a finger in her mouth! Ew!I stuck my tounge out at her as I unhooked her from the cross ties and flipped the reins over her neck holding them as I opened up all the doors.

I walked to the end of the stables out into the sun and braced myself as I whistled loudly, the next thing you could hear was the clip clops of horses shoes as the raced down the ile. I jumped on Whiskey quickly, she bites the bit as she turns slightly her ears pinned back. The heard came to a hault outside the stables looking at me expectantly. "Alright mares and stallions. There will be no running away! There will be no eating yellow berries! And last but not least, stay by me!" I head to them as I kicked Whiskey in the side making her bolt off kicking up dust. The happy excited neighs behind me as the saddle shifted at my weight moving around. Behind me I heard, "Mia what are you doing?" and dogs barking happily running. "I'm riding! What does it look like?" I let out a free laugh as I shouted this before we sped off towards the green pasture leading towards the woods. The herd all started sprinting useing all the muscles they have exept watching down for Chico and Tank as they ran.

I let out a loud happy laugh as it echoed around the place. I dropped the reins and stuck my arms out closing my eyes. "Faster Whiskey!" I shouted and felt her speed up almost knocking me off. I could feel her weave through the trees with grace as my hand brushed a few wood trunks.I could feel Whiskey slow down and the water rush by us making the whooshing sound.I opened my eyes and grabbed the reins, the water was shallow. Tank and Chico had already sprinted across as the horses waited for me and Whiskey. I hopped out of the saddle and grabbed the reins close to her mouth. She nuzzled my back as I hopped slowly over the ledge into the water. It was quite cooling actually. The water was clean and clear with fish swimming in it and smooth rocks. I wadded across to go up the steep muddly ledge with paw prints and hoofs mixed in as a few of the horses went across.

Whiskey flipped out when she felt a fish and reared up while striking the air. I let go of the reins in the middle of the river and walked across as she got angry at the fish and stomped the water angrily. "Whiskey," I cooed at her and she snapped out of it and wadded over to me happily with fish guts washing off her hoof. I raised my lip up in disgust before laughing at her and her neighing. And to think, Colton and Gage said she was dangerous. I patted her neck happily before walking with everyone following me.

Berry and Spice were still at the horse show competing probably right now. Tank jumped on me and wiggled her butt in the air before running, Chico following behind her slightly with playfullness in his eyes shinning brightly watching Tank. With a final bark Chico took off running around with Tank as she stealthfully ran and hide while jumping over twigs and logs. The horses spread out to were I could see them as they trotted playing with each other happily as the sniffed some things. Whiskey was happily walking behind me as we walked deeper into the forest. I stuck a hand out blocking one horse as I turned left whistling to the horses to follow. They shot their heads up and trotted in my direction still playing.

I looked around figuring we were miles from home. I turned and looked around me as the rain started to pour, I jumped on Whiskey as she shook out her mane. I made them walk and trott around the trees again trying to find my way back as my clothes were getting more drenched. The other horses and dogs didn't seem to mind and just followed us. Whiskey let out a loud neigh and started to lope, "Whiskey really?" I asked her and got answered with a snort.

ooo

We had sucessfully found the river again and were trotting through it although the animals seemed to hate it because the water rocked. Without warning as Whiskey set a hoof in the water she bolted across in five flat seconds. "Thanks for the warning." I said sarcastically. Throwing her head up she backed up before moving forwards again without throwing up her head. She tried to walk but a few animals didn't cross yet so I pulled back on the reins and whisteled as they walked slowly over to the other end of the river. I let Whiskey walk forwards in the woods with a bounce in her step making me keep bouncing off the saddle. "I prefer not to fall off, thanks." I grumbled as the barn came into view. We weren't lost any more. I grinned and kicked her making the thud of foot steps come behind me. Whiskey slipped on the mud a few times in the dark but other than that nothing happened as we raced towards the goal. I picked my feet up in the stirupps and leaned forwards making her speed up.

A few trips later and muddy horses we were there. I jumped off whiskey and undid the girth as I put everything away. I patted my hand were the saddle rubbed on her coat making it go down. Ah, i'd spray them with a hose tomorrow. "G'night horses. Lets go pups!" I shouted as I jogged with happy and tired dogs towards the house.
