"What are you doing here?" Orion's soft eyes instantly hardened as they met the women who loomed above them. Her eyes were blue, the kind of blue that almost seems white, her platinum blonde hair falling straight to her ears as she stood with her hands on her hips. She was statuesque, so perfect it was terrifying, her posture stiff and skin sickly pale. She had the harshest smirk on her lips, her eyes holding a wicked gleam as she took another step towards them.

"You didn't actually think I wouldn't find you, did you?" A sinister laugh bubbled from her thin lips, though it held nothing but resentment. She kneeled in front of Audelia, her face even more intimidating up close as she parted her lips and gave the most unnatural smile she could.

"Now dear Audelia aren't you supposed to be at work right now?" Audelia froze in the women's presence, everything she'd let herself neglect now coming back to her. She squeezed Orion's arm for support as she felt herself cower in fear, something she knew wasn't like her at all.

"Don't talk to her." Orion spitted through clenched teeth, his body shaking with rage as he looked at the women with more hate than Audelia thought was possible.

"Oh Orion, I see that once again you are trying to play this 'Prince Charming' act, it's gotten a little old you know." Audelia's eyes widened at this statement, her gaze switching from Orion to the women in utter confusion.

"Again?" Her voice was small as she questioned the true meaning behind the woman's sentence.

"My dear you don't actually think this is the first time he has attempted to save you?" Audelia looked at Orion as his eyes met the ground, avoiding her inquiring.

"See he has tried more times than I can count to save you, but he always fails." Orion's shaking became more intense as his shoulder fell and his breath quickened, "It's a shame too the boy can't even save the girl he l-" The women took a step back as Orion's arms quickly rushed to grab her, his body trembling as his mind was blinded by anger.

"Stop! You don't know anything Valda!" He screamed, his voice echoing across the field as he once more attempted to attack her, only for her to once again take a step back.

"You'd think that you'd learn to be a good boy after all these years." She shook her head and brushed off the invisible dirt off of her white dress, "Well I simply do not have any time to waste, running a government is hard work," Audelia shrunk in her own skin even more as she realized who this women was and all that she was capable of doing. Valda slid a black tablet out leisurely and lazily pressed a button, letting out a drawn sigh in the process.

"I do wish that just once you could let us do this the easy way." Shaking her head she tapped her foot in anticipation as Orion realized what was coming. He quickly scooped Audelia in his arms once more, feeling her sharp inhales and exhales as Valda simply stared ahead, the most content look resting on her harsh features.

"W-what's happening?" Audelia felt her body go numb, her mind foggy and any light in her life now blanketed in shadows. Orion didn't answer her question, letting her know everything would be okay by a simple look of his eyes. He didn't have to say anything though, she knew that eventually things just had to turn out right for them, after all they were Lia and Rion, always unbreakable.

A rush of wind hit Audelia's face as she looked to the sky only to find a pitch black hovercraft blanketing it, it's presence enough for her to crawl deeper into the hole she had dug for herself.

"Now isn't this just heartwarming?" Valda snapped her fingers as at least a dozen people in white cloaks appeared, all with the same impassive expression. Audelia watched, her body glued to where she was sitting, her eyes never leaving the group of monsters that stalked closer and closer.

"You see Orion you will never win as long as we're here," She grinned like a cat as her eyes flitted from Orion to the girl he held tightly in his arms, "And Audelia, how much I love giving you the smallest taste of freedom before ripping it away again, i'm sure your darling parents now regret ever betraying us, now they get to watch their precious little girl suffer." Her pristine teeth were on full display as the group of soldiers finally approached Orion and Audelia, none of them showing remorse as they ripped them out of eachother's arms.

"RION!" Audelia shrieked as she watched two men take her best friend out of her grasp, "YOU CAN'T DO THIS!" She directed her statement to Valda, Audelia's eyes enlightened with fury as she felt her own body being pulled back and restrained. She scratched the person who held her arms back, her fingers running along the pale skin, blood staining her hands. She writhed, longing to be free, her eyes never leaving Orion's as he himself simply seemed to give up under the guards firm grip. Audelia couldn't help but wonder why he wasn't fighting back, the once proud man reduced to a limp boy before her eyes.

"Oh Audelia if only you know how much I can do," Valda now stood in front of Audelia, her eyes possessed with a crazed look as she brought her nail under the girl's chin, pushing her head up so their eyes would meet, "You have your father's eyes." Valda spoke with disgust coating her tone, her nose crinkled.

"Don't you dare mention my father you witch!" Audelia made an attempt to elbow her captor and launch herself at the ice queen that stood barely a foot in front of her. Before she could get far another set of arms took hold of her as Valda flicked a strand of hair out of her eyes and glared at Audelia.

"And there's your mother's attitude, tsk tsk, I think it's time for all of this to end." Valda's response was robotic, as if she'd said it a million times before as she motioned her hand to the hovercraft. Audelia felt herself being picked up as the sense of gravity left her free falling into despair.

"Let go of me!" She squirmed and hissed, but to no avail, she still was utterly caged as they took her farther and farther away from her home.

"Now where is the pill?" She heard Valda's voice in the distance her tone distasteful as she ordered her army of statues to ruin Audelia's life.

Audelia felt a pair of cold hands pry her lips open as she vigorously shook her head attempting to break free one last time. As her mouth was forced open she felt something fall down her throat, something so small she could barely realize anything had changed until her arms quickly grew heavy and her eyes attempted to close. She wanted to fight, to keep herself from submitting to the government that had taken everything from her, yet her mind slowly shut down, her body following.

"Rion!" With the last sliver of energy she had she shouted his name, the one person she trusted in the cruel world. She waited for him to rescue her, for his arms to comfort her and tell her this was all a dream, but as the moments went by she knew that was never a possibility.

"Lia! Don't be scared!" Orion's voice carried across the rolling hills of grass as he desperately wished that he could save her from the life she never deserved.

As Audelia felt her eyes shut and her body grow limp one last voice rose above the others, a lullaby that was keeping her at peace.

"Lia don't forget me!"

And with that the world went dark
