Chapter 5- Four roles

Naalimpungatan ako dahil sa lamig na naramdaman. I opened my eyes and tilted my head. Oh. I almost forgot. Nasa kulungan nga pala ako. In a very dark castle, with beasts. What a nice story isn't it? I sighed. I checked the dagger in my shoes, nandito pa naman. Ano na kayang nangyari kay Lexis? Did he landed home? Safe? I'm pretty sure the people in the village will wonder where I am.

"Gising na kaya siya?"

Dahil sa narinig ko ay agad akong bumalik sa dati kong pwesto at nagtulog-tulugan. I heard heavy foot steps walking. Siguradong ako ang pupuntahan nila, wala naman kasing ibang tao sa dungeon nato kundi ako. And there, nandito na sila. I still continue doing my little act.

"Tulog pa siya kambal." Kambal?

"Yeah. I think she's not comfortable. Look at her position.." Yeah right, twinfuckers!

"Should we give her a bed?"

"Gago. Dapat kwarto!" What the? Why did they sound so normal to me?

"Sa tingin mo ba.. siya na yon?" After he said that, tumahimik na. Akala ko umalis na sila kaya nag angat ako ng tingin. My eyes widen. Pareho silang nakatitig sakin at sabay ding nag iwas ng tingin. Oh great, bakit koba naisip na umalis na sila e wala naman akong footsteps na narinig? Tch. Stupid.

"You're now awake.. umm," I just stare at them. But I facepalmed when my stomach growls. It's so loud, begging for food. Wala akong kinain kahapon, maski mag damag. They didn't give me even a single bread. Balak ba nila akong patayin?

Nagkatinginan silang dalawa. I heard their sighs. The other guy unlocked me and let me out. I looked at them innocently.

"You must eat." Sumunod nalang ako sa kanila. Habang naglalakad, naalala ko yung plano ko, to gain their trust. I must make a move!

"Umm, excuse me?" They looked at me. The other one has dark brown plumes, and the other one has light brown. No wonder, because they were twins. "What am I gonna do now? Am I a servant? a slave? or.. I will stay at the dungeon forever?" I asked nicely. Nagkatinginan nanaman sila, and I hate that. Kapag kasi ganon feeling ko may mali sa sinabi ko.

"No. I mean, you're free, just around the castle." Oh. Just around the castle. So that's what they call 'free'?

"Then what I am?"

"A beautiful lady?" Napatingin ako kay light brown. Agad itong binatukan ni dark brown. So... what the fuck?

"I mean, for me.. you're a guess." He said then smiled. Lalo akong nalito dahil don. "Then.. dark brown, what am I for you?" I asked confused. Napakamot naman ito ng ulo. "I don't know. Give me some time, I will think." Napa-awang ng konti ang bibig ko dahil don, pero agad korin namang sinarado. These beasts are really weird. I'm trying to figure out if he's joking or not but he's serious. At sa nakikita ko ngayon ay parang nag-iisip talaga siya kung ano ako para sa kanya.

"We're here." Bumungad sakin ang napaka habang lamesa kasama ng napaka daming pagkain. Bumungad din ang malaking itim na chandelier sa taas nito. I gulped. Lalo akong nagutom. It seems, delicious!

Hindi yung chandelier ah, yung pagkain.

"Sit here my guess!" Napatingin ako sa kanya. Napaka gentleman naman ng isang to, si Light brown. I sit there on his side. Sa harap ko ay si dark brown. On his side, is a vacant so as the Master's seat. Pinigilan ko ang sarili kong kumuha agad ng pagkain kahit na gustong gusto kona. Hays. This is hard.
