Beckett's POV

"Castle look at that," I said while he leaned over my shoulder to see the computer.

"I don't see anyone."

"Exactly, this is the security camera from across the street. So it would have been able to see the killer and the victim, but there is not one single person in the shot."

"Is that at the time of death?"

"Ya, that's what Lanie said," I looked at Castle waiting for him to come up with a story, like ghost or a shapeshifter that made himself look like a rock in the alley. "So no crazy ideas Castle?" He winked at me.

"Well it could have been a shapeshifter you know," I just went along and smiled.

"I have to go to the bathroom, I'll be right back," Castle just smiled and nodded. I didn't feel good like I was gonna throw up, it's been like this for two weeks now. I rushed into the bathroom just in time. I got sick, my head was beating and I had an awful headache. Maybe I should just ask Captain Gates if I could go home for the ret of the day. Just then I heard a knock on the bathroom door, it was Castle.

"Beckett, are you okay in there?"

"Ya I'm fine" I paused for a second trying to think of an excuse for being in there so long, "I just has to fix my hair." I waited for his response,

"Okay, just checking."
