    Okay so like my ankle kinda hurt after a race I walk/ran with neetaenvironmental the other day and so I put a brace on it and today just all of the sudden something happened like I don't even know what happened just insane pain just happened and it hurts so so so so so much
    I can't even stand on it
    I probably need crutches but knowing how my family usually handles these situations I'll never get them

    My "bed" is a dog bed up in a loft so I had to go up these steep oak stairs to get to my bed where I am currently keeping my ankle above my heart which is sorta awkward but eh
