Okay, so yes I'm still alive. I am so sorry I gave up on this story like an idiot. I've just had a really rough couple of years. It is not a stupid excuse, there is no excuse for the time I've been gone. But I'm doing better now, I saw how loved the story was and I realized what I had abandoned.

So in this I am adressing what I am doing to the story right now. If you are still a loyal follower of this story I want to say thank you.

First up, I am going through and reworking the story, reader-chan now has a tail. Now you may question this but if reader-chan is submerged in ocean water up to their waist a tail will form. The tail will be the reader's favorite color as represented by (f/c). This doesn't mean if reader-chan get splashed with ocean water they will flop onto the ground with a tail, this means if they jump off the boat into the ocean they will get a tail, or if they take a bath in sea water they will have a tail. Though when reader-chan gets out of the water it takes about 5 seconds for it to turn back into human legs. Yes, any clothes reader-chan was wearing will return with the help of magic. Though the transformation of tail to legs is painful, legs to tail is not painful.

Now the second thing is I'm going to go through the story and fix plot holes and grammar issues and put in new details. I will be changing the relationship reader-chan has with some characters to fit the new story element that I am implementing to add some angst to the story and make it a bit more sad.

Third thing the angst I am adding is the fictional disease called the "Hanahaki Disease" for those of you who don't know what this entails thing is what the disease is; a fictional (emphasis on fictional) disease, often used in fanfictions, where the victim regurgitates or coughs up flower petals when they suffer from unrequited love. The illness can be cured by having the one the victim loves return their love, or through surgical removal, however any existing feelings are also removed with the infection. But if left uncured the victim will die, suffocating on the flowers. The victim will at first cough up singular petals in small amounts. But as the feels deepen and the love continues to go unrequited the victim will begin to cough up full flowers and stems in the later stages of the disease. The flower coughed up usually represents the one the love is directed at in some way whether it being a color scheme or where they are from. The long the love is unrequited the more deadly the disease becomes.

So reader-chan will be getting this disease and will have this disease till the end of the story. I will remove any romantic feelings from Arthur towards the reader's character and replace it with this heart break. I will intend to write two endings, one where the Hanahaki is cured and one where it is not. Now the question is what flowers to use, I will leave this up to the reader's to decide from these 4 choices.

1) Red roses; This will involve thorns and will probably be the most painful of them all. But this flower represent Arthur through color scheme and Red roses represent true love and romance.

2) Blue Hydrangeas; These are not as painful as roses but there will be a lot of petals from these and will hurt more in the later stages because of how big the flower is. This flower is a light blue. This represents Arthur because the flower represents vanity or boastfulness, as we know Arthur in his pirate AU is very boastful.

3) Peruvian Lilies (or alstroemeria); These are relativly small flowers, they are yellow and red-orange in color and represent Arthur in color. The flower itself represents friendship and devotion, if this flower is chosen it would show reader-chan's devotion to Arthur.

4) Yellow Tulips; These flowers are simple but the stems are rather long and stiff. These flowers are solid yellow, yellow tulips represent hopeless love, meaning that the victim feels as though their feeling aren't going to be noticed or that they will never be 'noticed' by their love.

If you guys find that you don't like these choices please comment a flower, its color and its meaning. But other then that please comment 1, 2, 3, or 4. I will count up these by midnight and implement the disease into the story. I STRONGLY suggest that if you want any effect on this story, please vote. You will not be able to complain about the outcome if you do not vote.

Thank you for sticking with this train wreck of a story for so long.

Updated chapters will have this; XXXX, at the top.
