Danny slowly walked to his post and sat down in the rolling chair, glancing around nervously and quite honestly not wanting to be there, but this was the best paying job he'd ever had so... With a long sigh, he pressed a button on the phone and listened as it crackled to life, "Hey Danno! You made it to the second night! That's more than I can say for some of the other guards... Anyway, make sure that the animatronics don't see you and be careful! It gets spooky. Have a good night!" Jack's voice cut out and the other man sighed again.

He looked at the screen and saw Phantom looking at the camera with a smirk on his face. The young man groaned and looked at the curtain with the sign over it. The cloth had moved a little, revealing a pair of silver eyes that looked straight at the camera. Nothing else besides a set of gold claws showed through the darkness beyond the curtain.

Danny gulped and looked to where the other three were, hoping against all hope they were all still there but, of course, his hopes were immediately dashed. Phantom was gone and Danny saw him coming toward the door of the office he was in. He wasn't moving very fast, his feet clinking on the floor as he casually made his way to the office, twirling his trademark knife while humming his usual creepy lullaby. Even so,, the blue eyed man nearly launched at the button and closed the door, hearing Phantom's frustrated noise as he jogged the rest of the way to the door, "Let me in!" He shouted, sounding exasperated as well as a bit irritated.

Danny laughed a little despite himself, sitting back in his chair and looking at the cameras, "Yep, that's going to convince me."

Phantom punched the door before he sighed, asking softly, "Can we just talk?"

Danny, who was still looking at the cameras, saw Sam running toward the other door, probably thinking he was distracted. Her wings were out just enough to brush the walls, like she was expecting him to run out at her or something. His feet slammed against the floor, rolling his chair over to the other button, hand slamming against it so hard it throbbed, the other door shutting with a loud bang.

"Come on Danny! We just want to talk to you!" Sam shouted, almost whining but not quite.

"I don't trust either of you so go the fuck away!" Danny shouted back, getting nervous now. There really was no way out and if they stayed there long enough, the power would go out...

All was silent until he heard the shuffling of Sam's feet on the floor, going down the hall, but Phantom wasn't ready to give up yet it seemed,
"Please Danny?" He heard through the door.

When he didn't reply there was a long sigh and the shuffling of feet. The black haired man let out a shaky breath and opened the doors when he was sure that they'd left, checking the cameras to make extra sure.
The 19 year old man rubbed his face with his hands as he growled in frustration. He heard the patter of Dani's feet on the floor, Danny not even bothering to look and just pressing the button for the door.

The girl beat on the door as hard as she could, scratching at it as well with a few whines and exaggerated cries. That lasted for a few minutes before she screamed in frustration and ran away from the door again. The battery was down to 50% and it was 2:30 am.

The silver eyes peaking through the curtain got a little closer and that gold clawed hand pulled it open a little more. Fur the color of a burning flame could be seen on the hand, but the rest was still very well hidden by the shadows. The dark was so thick you could cut it with a knife...

Danny swallowed nervously, leaning back into his chair and loosening his tie. That couldn't be good. He heard more crashes coming from the kitchen and saw Phantom sitting with Sam out where the audience for their shows would sit. For a moment he contemplated getting up and going to see what they were talking about, but quickly banished the though when the clock struck 6 am and he realized just how long he'd been contemplating.

Danny shook his head slightly, but froze when he saw a note next to him.
He grabbed the note and slowly opened it, wondering how the hell he'd missed someone coming into the room:

'Danny,
My name is Mecha. You were thinking pretty hard so I left this note for you. Feel free to join us tomorrow or whenever you work. Despite popular belief I am in working condition, but I don't particularly like the children that come here so I malfunction on purpose. Anyway, don't believe what you hear about us. Could you maybe give us a shot?
Signed, The Wolf of the Enchanted Forest'

With a shaky hand he put the note down, seriously thinking about it. Numbly, Danny grabbed his coat and hurried outside the cool night air working to calm his nerves. Street lights lit up the sidewalk, the sun just beginning to rise when he got home, the black haired man giving the bass guitar in the corner of his room a long, appraising look. Then, he shook his head and started getting ready for bed.

That was a stupid idea...
