Chapter 2: The "Secret" Payment
After Alice agreed to the deal, Kim left the room and told Alice to follow him. They both went outside and went into the school’s “little” forest.
“What are we going to do here? And what about the you know....?” asked Alice wondering aimlessly in the woods.
Kim stood firm, look into her eyes and answered “I am the cause of ruckus about the spooky news in this town... “The Devil Lair”, I was the one who created it, I made that news about it, and people spread it for me...” and with a laugh he continued “therefore, to scare people away even more I made it realistic by playing pranks to those people passing by each night. Ahahahaha you should have seen their faces! Ahahaha, and as my slave, I command you to help me continue this prank and keep it as a secret; anyway you’re good at fooling people having an innocent face like that!”
“YOU’RE A DEMON!” Alice shouted “in the flesh! Ahahahahaha!” Kim laughed.
Alice was freaking out, “all the time that students can do make-up classes since they lack requirements to pass was cancelled, and because of that there were students who failed, all the time that my team-mates and I could’ve practice Volleyball for the game in the gym instead of going outside and handling expenses renting a gym, was not done, and most of all, all the time my friends and I could still hang-out didn’t happen, because of you!, who wants to prank on other people’s FEAR!” she growled.
“I have a reason, so shut your mouth” when Alice heard him say this, she saw sadness in his eyes. Kim told Alice that she will start helping out tomorrow, so she could now go home, also she reminded her to keep “it” (the prank) as a secret. And that’s how their day ended...
NEXT DAY....
As usual they continue their usual habits, fighting over again and again like cats and dogs they are.
Alice kept her promise and never-minded it until the end of today’s class, when they were alone again.
“Bring my bag, and follow me” commanded Kim,
“Am I a maid or what?! ‘Bring my bag’, you can do it by yourself you know!” thundered Alice
“never thought a stubborn slave would exist in this world hmm” Kim said as he looked at Alice “a slave?” Alice totally forgot about it, then Kim suddenly pushed and pinned her with his hands against the wall, looking to her, he said “you need to have a punishment, you know...” ___ “And I will think about it” Kim continued as he grinned at Alice.
Alice remained silent and followed Kim with his bag. They stopped at the garden and there she saw a cute, brown-coloured puppy, oh how she loved dogs, she was about to touch it, when the pup barked at her, she was really surprised and even back-out, “Ahahahaha, good boy! Now that’s your punishment AHAHAHAHAHA!” Kim laughed
“Hahahahaha, very funny (kind of a joke-way voice). Why is your dog here, anyway?” asked Alice “props” replied Kim as he busily prepare the stuff he bought.
Alice looked at him curiously; Kim looked back at her and said “your task is for look-out, using this walkie-talkie you will report to me when you notice someone passing by or getting into the school and of course, you will not let them see you” as he handed the walkie-talkie to her.
Alice: “Location?”
Kim: “At the “big tree”, you know how to climb tree’s right?”
Alice: “Of course, I was once a girl-scout, you know?”
Kim: “Oh! And don’t forget to use your Innocent looks to lie, if they ever see you”
Alice: “Hmph! AM NOT!”
