Abby's pov
I woke up the next day, in my bed. How did I get here? I remember falling asleep, but not in my bed. Oh! Axel was here. He must have brought me up here. That woke me up. I wonder where he was now. I decided to get out of bed and go make some breakfast before heading back out to e woods.
"You're up early," someone said quietly, so as not to wake up the rest of the house. I turned to meet him, with my fists raised. It was Axel. I slowly let out my breath and lower my fists. He was chuckling. "What were you gonna do Abbs? Punch me?" He asked through his laughter. I sighed before giving him the death glare. He quickly shut up.
"I thought you were a burglar Axel," I stayed while eating my cereal," besides I thought you went home. But whatever. Can you take me back to the woods today?" I saw him suddenly become uneasy. That's odd. He was usually fun-loving and without a care in the world. But he agreed anyway.
On our way out to the forest, I glanced at the weather report. Thunderstorms all day today. Of course that wasn't too odd since we lived in Wales. But when we finally arrived at the cabin, it was starting to drizzle. I decided, despite the rain, to work outside today. I walked farther and farther into the forest until I was out of Axel' s sight. Then the wolves came running.
