Abby' s pov

I watched quietly as the wolves surrounded me, blocking my view of the cabin. The white alpha wolf came forward to sit by me. Slowly I reached out my hand toward him. He allowed me to stroke his head and back. Then I realized that the lightning was dangerously close. I started to get up but the wolf held me down.  I eased my way out from under his paws and jumped up, staring to run. Then my legs gave out and all I saw was darkness.

Axel's pov

I watched Abbs walk farther away from me and suddenly she was out of my sight. I thought about running after her but this was the wolves' territory. I technically couldn't be here anyway.

I watched as the lightning came closer and called for Abby. "Abbs! Time to go!" No reply. "Abby!" I called again. I started to run toward where I saw her go in the woods.  Then a blinding flash came and I was suddenly in my car at Abby's house.
