"Demi is Callie okay? Has she woken up?"

Demi let out an annoyed huff "Why does this keep happening!" She muttered.

"No, she's not awake, I only just woke up but I'm going to try sleeping again" she said, hoping to get whoever it was to leave.

The curtain opened and Marissa stood there, eyes wide in astonishment.

"You said she wasn't awake yet Dems" her wide eyes were replaced with a knowing smirk.

"Hey Mar..." I softly spoke and Demi let out another groan.

"Fine, we are coming out okay? Just give us a minute"

Marissa smiled "Yeah sure, take your time guys" she winked and turned on her heel as Demi blushed deeply.

"Come on Demi, we should go out there and hang out. I've been passed out for however long and I feel bad"

Demi rolled her eyes but stood up and held her hand out for mine.

I gently slipped my hand into hers and she pulled me off the bed.

I grabbed my beanie and shoved it over my messy hair and followed Demi into the main section of the bus.

"How long til we get to a hotel? I'm dying already" Natalie groaned.

"It's only cause I haven't been around Rat, I knew you'd miss me" Marissa laughed and fell over.

"Rat! Haha Ratalie!" She was quickly shoved by Natalie who growled at her.

"Aw does somebody need a wahmbulance?" Holly laughed.

"Omg you watch Modern Family!?!" Holly quickly nodded her head at me.

"Hell yeah I do! It's so funny!" She laughed.

"How long have we been on the road? And when do we stop?" I questioned, directing it at Holly.

"Probably about 3 hours now, and we won't stop until we hit the hotel. So that's about another 3 hours away" she stated.

A daze fell over me and I suddenly realised just how far away from home I was.

I slowly turned around and walked back to my bunk, crawling under the covers and shutting my eyes tightly.

His voice rang through my head.

"You'll never be good enough Callie, but you'll always be what I need"

I clenched my eyes more tightly and squeezed my arms around my middle. Willing everything to be quiet for once.

"Callie..." she softly murmured.

I rolled over, keeping my arms wrapped around my ribs and tried to put a smile on my face.

"Yeah, what's up?" I whispered, not bothering to make eye contact.

"We are making some lunch, are you hungry?" She questioned.

My eyes slowly opened and I shook my head "No thanks Nat, I just wanna stay here for a bit. Sorry I'm so boring, probably just the jet lag still"

She laughed and shook her head "don't be sorry, I wish I could use jet lag as an excuse not to sit with that rowdy bunch!"

I tried to laugh but soon gave up as she turned and walked back towards the couches.

Closing my eyes, I willed sleep to take over.
