"Callie."

"Callie wake up."

She little eyes fluttered open.

"Hey princess, we have to go bye bye."

She closed her eyes.

I ended up calling Riker to babysit her.

I was meeting with some people about the whole Tabitha and Callie thing.

"Ross you both were never married. This- whatever you're trying to do isn't -"

"She says she has rights but I want to make sure they are all gone. So she can't use that excuse."

"You both can sign this then take it to a judge."

"Okay."

I toon the papers shook his hand and headed straight to Tabitha's house.

I signed the papers then knocked on her door.

"You again? Can't you take a hint! She doesn't want you!" It was the same guy from last time.

"Look, just have her sign these then mail them to me. Easy."

"What am I signing?" T said, coming out of nowhere.

"Here."

"What's this?"

"The papers that say, you don't want Callie so your giving her fully to me, no child support or anything."

"I'm not giving you my daughter!"

"You don't want her!"

"Yes I do!"

"Then where are you when she cries herself to sleep? Where are you when's she is sick? Where are you when she yells out 'mommy'? Where are you when she needs you? Oh yeah, that's right. YOU DON'T WANT HER!"

"I DO WANT HER!"

"YOU DON'T ACT LIKE IT!"

"EITHER DO YOU!"

"REALLY?!"

"WHERE ARE YOU DURING ALL THOSE TIMES!"

"WITH HER TRYING TO TELL HER THAT HER MOM LOVED HER! SHE SAID 'MOMMY' LAST NIGHT WHILE SHE WAS CRYING WAITING FOR YOU TO PICK HER UP! WHERE WERE YOU?!?!?!"

"home....."

"You don't want her, stop stringing her along."

She nodded and took the papers inside.

A little while later she came back out and handed them to me. All signed.

"I am so sorry Ross."

"I'm not the one to say sorry to."

"Callie eat something, please."

"Maybe she's not hungry." Riker suggested.

"She hasn't eatin' in almost two days."

I stomped out of the house and broke down.

My whole world is falling apart, and there is nothing I can do about....
