The house^
Blaire's POV
I felt a hand on my should, gently shaking me awake.
"Blaire darling, we've stopped. Time to get off." Daddy said and I groaned. He chuckled and picked me up. I snuggled into his chest. I heard auntie Beks laugh and we got off the train.
The two decided once we got in the forest, they would use vampire speed to get home. We came upon a mansion and while I stared at it, I didn't even notice a man had walked outside.
"Brother, sister. And a child? Elijah, might I ask why a 8 year old girl is in your arms?" I finally looked at him. He looked familiar but I couldn't place my finger on it.
"Nicklaus this is Blaire. I'm adopting her. Blaire say hello to your uncle Niklaus." I peeked through my hair at him, my eyes taking in every feature.
"Hello." I said and smiled at him. I was put down and standing beside auntie Beks, holding her hand. He stared at me for a second and I could feel the Air shift, as he slowly smiled at me.
"Well hello there Blaire. It's nice to meet you. Elijah may we speak in your study for a short minute?" He turned to daddy. Daddy nodded and quickly turned to us.
"Rebekah, why don't you go do what we were speaking of on the train while I fill our brother in. Also give a easy version of what is going on." Daddy spoke and auntie Beks nodded, before leading me up the stair to her room.
She sped around, pull clothes from her closet and packing them, well not all of her clothes. I waited until she finished to ask the question I had.
"What's going on?"
She smiled and turned to me. "We, my darling are leaving New Orleans. You have to understand our family has many enemies. Now that you are with us, we refuse to risk you by staying here. We will disappear and when you are of a good age in the future, we will return here or to Mystic Falls, where we were born. But as of now you are the most important being in our lives, the most precious. Our first and foremost task is to raise you and give you everything you need and want. Now question, what is one place in the world you wish to go?" She asked me.
I took it all in, and began thinking about the last thing she said. Where in the world, not just America, would I like to go? I always would read books about Bulgaria, but also Greece.
Without thinking I said, "Greece." And she nodded. "It's been centuries since we've stepped foot on Greece soil. Well, it's been a hour, let's go see how your daddy and uncle are. I had people pack there things and bring it to the jet." We walked downstairs into daddy's study where he and uncle Nik were sitting.
I ran up to daddy and climbed in his lap as they kept talking. "Well have we decided where we are going?" Uncle Nik looked towards me.
"Greece." They both smiled. "We have a home in Athens, perfect. We'll stop the the mall in we get there to buy new clothes and things for the house." With that we stood up, daddy holding me on his hip as the three siblings walked outside.
"Well house, see you in a few years." Was what I was think when we sped off to the airport where we got in a private jet. Once the jet had taken off on the 14 hour flight.
