(Angel’s P.O.V)
Suddenly I feel stronger inside. Like I’ve been missing a piece of myself, ever since Lawliet left 9 years ago. Suddenly something always has to ruin my perfect moment.
“Hey” someone calls. Through the rain a figure of a young man stands near the door. Lawliet makes the ‘I can’t hear you’ motion with his hand. The guy calls out again, his voice is almost muted under the rain. After 3 times the man walks up to us
“What are you doing out here?” he yells. The man is handsome, his hair is chocolate brown soaked. He smiles at me.
“Light this is my childhood friend Angel” Lawliet looks at me smiling “my Angel this is Light”
I put my hand out “pleasure to meet you Light”
He shakes my hand “sorry to meet you finally out here”
I laugh “it’s okay I love the rain”
“Well come on inside we will catch a cold if we stay out here any longer”
I smile at Lawliet “he sounds like someone I know”
Lawliet laughs “come on then” Lawliet doesn’t let go of my hand as he leads me back into the building. He’s been holding it tighter ever since we ran into Light. I hate Light, for a while Lawliet has believed that Light is in fact Kira. I know he is, Lawliet has never been wrong about anything before. After we are all dried off my cell phone starts to ring.
“Hello?”
“Angel!” Lucy screams
“I’m here Lucy, what’s wrong?”
“This- this thing it showed up in my room. It was like a monster! It told me it was going to kill L!”
My heart sinks “oh my god” I whisper
“Angel” Lawliet says worried “is everything okay”
I try to keep calm “Lucy what do you mean?”
She’s going through her room, the sound of papers thrown at the wall are muffled in the back ground. At one point she drops her phone but quickly picks it back up “listen to me Angel you have to get out of there now! Light is Kira, the monster told me so. Said it was a Shinigami. Take L back to England and stay there” she almost yells the last words. I quickly grab Lawliet’s hand still holding the phone with my other hand up to my ear, listening to Lucy ramming through her room.
“What’s going on Angel” Light says almost snickering “are you dying to tell L something?”
His eyes have this evil look to them that creep me out. Suddenly the wall of monitors suddenly change red, Lawliet runs over to it.
(I know what you guys might be thinking, at this point in the story its exactly ending up like the Anime but trust me I’ve changed it up a bit)
