"Oh my! Little Lady Nova has really grown!"

Nova has never liked Ghirahim's sickeningly sweet voice, but even more so now, it was disgusting.  He walked up to the cloaked girl with outstretched arms.  The moment he was within arm's length, she drew her sword and pointed it at the grey man.

Ghirahim jumped backwards and chuckled before comprehending Link and Midna's presence.

"Oh, did you make friends?" He sung, pointing at the two other adventurers.   "Surely they have seen your beautiful face!" He emphasized, knowing that Nova was not pleased with the appearance of the right side of her face.

Driven by anger, Nova swung her blade which was effortlessly dodged. "Shut up." She sneered.

"If they're your friends, then they should be able to see your face." Ghirahim mentioned. "Have you even told them about how you stole Princess Zelda's Wisdom?" He teased, yet malice was present in his tone.  She attempted another attack, but her anger and sorrow proved to have a weak affect.

"What?" Midna spoke for both her and Link, confused by the situation.

"Why don't you show them your pretty face?" Ghirahim suggested sickeningly.

"Never!" Nova screeched and tried to impale the disturbing man.  He leapt out of the way and lifted his knife.  Within an instant, the black cloak fell from Nova's shoulders.

Immediately, she covered her face with her petite hands, allowing mahogany strands of long hair to fall in front of it.  She crouched as though she was the only thing in the world, and whatever she could not see, didn't exist.  She could hear Link's footsteps approach her, and she knew Midna was right beside him.

"No! Don't look at me!" Nova protested, her voice muffled by tears.  Respectively, Link turn towards Ghirahim and drew his sword.  But the slim man merely released a detestable laugh and disappeared from the room.

He left spirals of evil matter, swarming together to create a devilish mass.  When it took complete form, it looked like one of the many demented creatures fought in the previous rooms of the temple, but much, much larger.  It roared, spraying rabid foam across the central room.  Its beady eyes locked on Nova's crumpled heap and Link's battle-ready stance.

Link charged, leaving Nova paralyzed with trauma.  The only thing going through her head was the person that she had trusted after she had supposedly 'stolen Zelda's Wisdom' had betrayed her and locked her inside of a monster infested temple for three years, and now he returned.  As if she wasn't suffering enough with her situation, he sealed her as though she was an animal

The monster Ghirahim had awoken roared excruciatingly loudly as though it was in agony.  Nova peaked through her fingers just in time to see Link's magnificent sword wedged into the beast's horrifying throat.  Black liquid oozed from every opening on its body, staining the yellowish skin of his mouth and eyelids.  The creature collapsed before dissolving into ashes.

He sheathed his sword and walked back to Nova, who was still crouched and clutching her grown body.  Like before, he offered a gloved hand.  After noticing that she wouldn't take it, he reached down and placed it under her delicate chin.  Against her will, he lifted her face so he could see exactly what she considered so hideous.

"You're not hideous." Link stated matter-of-factly, wearing a genuine white smile.  Long strands of dark hair fell from shielding the girl's face.  He reached inside of one of the leather pouches that rested on his hip and drew a small knife.  His fingers reached a portion of her hair that covered the front of her face as he cut the portion just above her eyes.
