The girl's golden eyes flew open, unsure of what to think of her dream. And though it had been routine for the time that she had spent with the other travelers, Nova jerked away from Link, who she had been lying on.
This sudden action nudged Midna, who's small body was leaning on the nervous brunette. The same sudden movement caused Link to stir. She covered her mouth and flushed cheeks as he groggily opened his brilliant blue eyes, and ran a hand through his tousled blonde hair.
"What's wrong?" He asked tiredly, meeting the girl's nervous eyes.
"N-nothing." She mumbled and turned, tending to the dwindling fire.
A disgruntled moan emerged from the little imp's mouth. "Nova... why did'ja wake m'up..." She rubbed her eye, unable to speak properly after just waking up.
"Sorry, Link scared me." Nova mentioned, telling a partial truth.
"How did I scare you?!" The boy immediately defended.
"You just did." She pouted. She could hear a quiet protest and 'ow' as Midna flicked Link on the forehead. Nova couldn't help but let a giggle escape her lips.
As the brunette tried to revive the fire, Halo emerged from the Divine Blade, floating in front of Nova as her pure glow had returned. However, with the flutter of her feathery wings, the remnants of the fire that she had been working to revive disappeared.
"Halo..." The girl continued to pout.
"I apologize, Vessel. But I do suggest you start to get going, as I have determined the location of the Ruby of Din." Despite this, her apology was spoken monotone. "It is located in the sky."
Nova blinked and raised an eyebrow. "Alright. So, how are we supposed to get into the sky?"
"There is a passage through the Hyrule Castle. If you travel to the Princess of Wisdom, she will know what to do." In other words, they needed to pay Princess Zelda a visit. "Directly north of this forest is the Hyrule Castle T -" Nova interrupted her instruction.
"I know where the Hyrule Castle is." She stated, clenching her jaw with a lack of satisfaction.
With this, the small dragon bowed, then returned to the Divine Blade. Nova fastened the leather gloves around her wrist and balled her fist, a spark of determination flooding through her.
"Let's get going, then."

Just outside of the deepest portion of the forest, a small town sat peacefully awaiting visitors. There, both Nova and Link exchanged their rupees for horses in order to limit the journey to the Castle Town to one day.
Effortlessly, the brunette swung her leg over her dark brown steed, waiting for her friend to hop onto his milky beige mare. When they did, they headed into the massive green fields surrounding the petite town in the center of Hyrule.

Each pair of hooves clicked on the stone bridge, barely audible over the roaring water of the river beneath them. After residing in Link's shadow for quite some time, Midna decided she would rather ride on the horses with the two of them, now sitting in front of Nova on her dark stallion.
Gratefully, when they reached the gates of the town, the massive doors swung open with an extended squeaking sound. The trio got off of their horses, tying their reigns to the stables available for the travelers entering the Castle Town.
The second that Nova set the heel of her boot on the cobblestone ground, nerves invaded her veins. The King and Queen had banished her at the age of thirteen, and merely strolling into the town was definitely a risky tactic.
