Molly's POV

The day continues until it's science, which is when I see Ethan again.

I walk into the classroom, the students eyes stinging holes into me.

I always feel like people are starring at my scar, which makes me shy and unconfident.

I walk to my seat and sit down next to my lab partner who is this kid named cameron.

He's okay, he's nice, I don't really know him. We get our work done which is all that matters.

About a minutes passes by and then Ethan walks into the classroom. He still looks as good as earlier.

Our gazes meet and he flashes me a smirk causing my heart to race. His smirk faints as he is forced to sit with Nate.

I despise Nate, especially now that he called my dads sweatshirt ugly, little did he know.

Soon after they are together they get into a fight and end up refusing to work with each other.

Ethan goes up to Mr. Daniels and sorts things out asking for a new lab partner.

After they discuss for a little bit, Mr. Daniels takes the classes attendance and gets into this new lab project we'll be doing with our partners.

He goes on and on about rules and requirements making me want someone to choke me.

I zone out, not listening to a word Mr. Daniels is saying until I hear my name.

"and Molly." I hear his strict voice call.

"What?" I ask, confused.

"You'll be working with Ethan. Is there a problem with that?"

I look at Ethan and he is confused himself, I flash him a smile.

"No sir, that's fine." I chirp.

Cameron and Ethan switch seats. Ethan sits down next to me causing butterflies to race in my stomach.

After Mr. Daniels continues on and on about the end of the year project we are too brainstorm idea's with our partners.

Basically we have to come up with ways cells and actual things or objects are similar.

I take a deep breath as I turn to Ethan to talk to him about the project. It's due sometime next week so we'll have to work out of school.

"So, do you have any ideas for this project?" I ask.

"No, I was hoping you had ideas." He smiles running his fingers through his hair.

"Well, a school and a cell are pretty similar. The cell membrane could be the doors and the cameras since it lets everything in and out."

"That's a good idea. I didn't know you were so smart."

There goes the compliments again making my heart flutter.

"Thank you."
