The servants looked surprised, hell even Sebastian and Ciel looked surprised. I looked around at them, confused "What?" I asked "Nobody's ever told you 'thanks' or anything?" The servants shook their heads, while Sebastian said "No..." and Ciel just stared. "What?" I asked, getting agitated. Ciel shook his head and mumbled "Nothing..." I gave him a strange look and tried to continue eating but felt too sick to do so. When I didn't feel like eating anymore I stood up, taking my plate to the kitchen, dumped my food and began to wash it. Ciel came in after me as I was finishing up and said "(y/n), why didn't you eat more?" I finished drying my hands and looked at him. "I don't feel well." He sighed and said "Please try to eat more next time?" I cringed as he said it. Then, my left side began to burn, right on my mark. I gasped and clutched my side. Ciel gave me a weird look before he grabbed his chest/left side. The pain was almost unbearable. I cried out in pain, I could tell Ciel was trying to stifle his. When it was over, Ciel and I both were on our hands and knees, panting. I forgot today was the day I had been taken, 5 years ago. I lifted my shirt up to where my mark was. I brushed my fingers over it lightly, as it burned beneath my cool fingertips. I heard a gasp and I dropped my shirt, realizing Ciel was still here. I looked into his eyes and saw the pain he always hid, never letting anyone catch a glimpse of it. He narrowed his eyes at me. "Where did you get that?" He asked suspiciously. "I don't know, I found it there." I said telling the truth. He gave me a long, hard look "We shall talk about this in my study." He said motioning me to follow him. The walk there was silent except for our shoes hitting the floor. When we got there, we walked in and sat down across from each other. He looked me in the eye and asked "Where did your mark come from?" There was an edge to his voice, as if he was... scared? "I told you, I found it there when I was changing 4 years ago. I don't know where it came from." I am being completely honest right now. Suddenly, I felt a blinding pain shoot through my body. I screamed and clutched my head in agony, pictures shooting past my tightly closed eyes. I saw myself being tortured and being branded with the mark that lay upon my side. Then I found myself in a cage, weary and beaten. When I looked up, I saw a screaming boy on the bloody table I once laid upon. He had navy blue hair and dull blue eyes. He turned his head and looked at me, letting me see his pain and torture in his eyes. Then the pictures stopped and the pain ebbed away. I slowly opened my eyes, feeling tears run down my cheeks. I was in the fetal position, holding my head as if it would explode if I let go. I looked up and saw 2 concerned faces looking at me. Ciel and Sebastian.
Sorry! Please don't get mad, I know it's short but I gotta lot going on and it's getting hard to update everyday but I'm doing my best and I'm trying my hardest. Sorry!
