Chapter 5: Admittance - Love is sweeter the second time

"I want Kerstan back" an old man in a suit said as Mr. Higel was standing in front of him.

"But sir."

"The Paper Smith is a big hit in the Pilot episode. Then it ranked down. Do you know why? It’s because fans and viewers love Kerstan. I also love her. I want her back or your show's cancelled for second season" the man said

Mr. Higel sighed. "I couldn't do that sir, Andy, the actress playing Kerstan don't want to go back. If it’s okay, Kerstan will be back but will be played by a new actress." Mr. Higel suggested

"No. I want that Andy." the old man said "and to think that Francisco Higel, will just let this opportunity go. I know you'll do anything just to make your dreams come to reality"

That's right, he is the best producer, all his movies and TV series produced was highly appreciated and love. He'll do anything, he has money and power. He can have her back.

It's been five days since my life was a mess. Almost half of our employees resigned because of the news. The company fund is almost decapitating. I don't know who to run now. I don't know who to cry on. Is this a curse from Cass for making her life a mess too? I should do something.

I took a lot of breath and courage before I knocked on the door in front of me.

The door opened "What are you doing here?" the first thing I heard

"Cass." I smiled "Can we talk?"

She looked at me "Come in" she said as she invited me inside her loft.

"Have you eaten?" she asks

"No."

"It's Friday, you have dinner with your mom"

"Ma is angry with me" I said

"Why?" she looked at me "What happened?"

"Gary's parents are divorcing and I assumed that Ma was the cause. Though it was not yet confirmed" I said

"So Gary and you are enemies now so you're turning on me again?" Cass assumed

"No. Yeah."

"The door is open. You can go home now. You broke my heart once Andy and it is really painful. I don't want to feel the same thing again" she said

"Gary and I are just friends. Yes, I admit I'm turning on you again because you're the only one I've been turning on. I don't know what to do right now." I said

There was total silence. "So what do you want me to do?" she asks

I looked at her "I don't know" I said

"So why did you have to go here?"

"I thought it was a cursed you bestow upon me. After we broke up, I'm losing my job and Ma and Gary hates me."

"I'm not a witch to curse you. It was your fault after all. You should talk to your mom and Gary. If you lose your job, there still another job waiting for you."

"Can we still be friends?" I blurted

Cass looked at me "I can't. I still love you"

"Then, can we still work it out?"

"Do you still love me?" she asked

"I love you" I stated

She smiled at me. "Then we can work it out" she said as she kissed me.

I hunger for that kiss for about a month. Her lips are same as before. Soft and sweet. We both want each other’s bodies. "I missed you" I said

She smiled at me and continued kissing me.
