Jaterra's pov.
We ran as fast as we could to reach them. They already had the soldier in the car ready. "Jaterra, keep him alive until yiu can get medical help. Piers, drive quickly but carefully. Nurses will be waiting."
"Yes sir!"
"Im on it."
We hurriedly jumped into the car and sped off. Just as we were driving on the high way, javos came riding up beside us.
"DAMN IT!"
I let down the window and shot the javo's. "Piers im goin up."
"What no its too dangerous.. then you have to watch the soldier."
"None of us will live if i dont get rid of em." Piers sighed and shook his head. I got up on the top and used the machine gun to shoot them. "HAHA. MUTHAFUCK AHHHHHHH!" A big bird thing swooped down grabbed me.
Piers grabbed my leg and tried to yank me down, still controlling the car. We were going under a tunnel. And with quick thinking i said, "PIERS LET ME GO I HAVE AN IDEA!"
"No! Thats a horrible idea!"
"Trust me!"
"I swear..." piers let me go. The javo bird thing went up and i shot it . It dropped me and i ran full speed on top of the land above the tunnel. At the right time I jumped and landed on top of the vehicle pulling myself into the top opening the vehicle. "Woo... now to check on the solider."
I checked his pulse, it was beating normally. "Phew."
"Don't ever pull any more stupid stunts like that! You could have killed yourself." Piers griped.
"But i didnt." I smirked and crossed my arms.
"Im serious! One mistake, and boom, you're either dead, or one of those things!" We pull up to the camp; the nurses pick the guy up and take him in. "But I cant say that you haven't made a good decision today."
That made me smile. I really wasnt expecting that out of piers's mouth. Another suprise came along also,
